    Notes to the rental rates:
    The above rates include provision of linen and towels for up to 4 people and final cleaning on departure.
    These rates apply except during festival or congress weeks. Please contact us for those prices.
    To secure bookings a 25% deposit is required; the outstanding balance is required 2 months prior to arrival. We require a security deposit of €300. This is fully refundable after departure if nothing is broken or damaged and the apartment is returned in a clean and tidy condition.
    Check-in time: 16.00 (Check-in times can be flexible but must be arranged one week prior to arrival)
    Check-out time: 10.00 (Check-out times can be flexible but must be arranged at least two days prior to departure)
    It is the responsibility of the client to make these arrangements otherwise the stated times will apply
    A late check-in fee will apply for arrivals between the hours of 8pm and 8am.
