This beautiful villa has the best of both worlds with your own private pool and beautiful garden and only a 5 minute drive to the wonderful beach in C'an Picafort. It has the benefit of air-conditioning. There is also a separate annexe to the side of the house, overlooking the pool which is perfect for two people either older children or grandparents, this also has air-conditioning in the bedroom.. The house has been tastefully decorated and is very comfortable with a living room, separate kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. There is a very big established garden for the children to play in and a large parking area. There is a table and chairs overlooking the pool and with an awning for outside dining and sun loungers around the pool area. There is a double sofabed in the living room for the 7th person.

This beautiful villa is ideally situated only a 5 minute drive to the beach resort of C'an Picafort with it's wonderful sandy beaches and a 5 minute drive in the opposite direction to the small rural village of Santa Margalida with it's historical square with bars and restaurants. C'an Picafort has an abundance of shops to cater for all ages, bars and every type of restaurant you could want. Here you can hire a boat, go water skiing, and kite sailing, there is also a daily boat which can take you from the beach to the Port of Alcudia or Cala Rajada. There is a full size karting circuit nearby and this caters for all ages. If you don't wish to partake in these activities then lounge on the sandy beach or even better round your own private pool in the peace and tranquility.

Truly recommend this well maintained and clean property. Good location with easy and fast access to Alcudia & Can Picafort.

Description is accurate and reliable and the help received from both the landlord and Lindsey was outstanding. PERFECT for wheelchair users as everything is on one level.

Must recommend Es Turo on the hill just 2mins drive, great local food cooked on an open top grill and served within a courtyard that is delightful.

Value for money for a good location and a great space.

Many thanks for all of your help Lindsey before and during our stay x
