Cosy elegant Riviera, quiet & airy waterfront villa on Cap d'Antibes. Excellent access for sail boat and yacht owners. 2 minutes from Port Vauban Antibes harbour & La Garoupe and Salis beaches & restaurants. There are 3 different terraces ideal for dining with stunning views up the entire coastline to Monaco. Comfortably sleeps 6 people with 1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms en suite. Off-street parking for 2 cars. WiFi & satellite TV. Weekly cleaner. The special features of this villa is that you have private access to the sea and you can swim directly from the house No buildings overlook the villa there is total privacy. It is enclosed in it's own walled garden. The villa was redecorated 1 year ago. Most rooms are painted white with light stone floors. The bathrooms are modern with lots of hot water. Fully fitted modern kitchen with modern appliances (no microwave) Wall mounted 107 cm flat screen TV CD player.The bedrooms have beautiful views of the sea and the Alps beyond

The villa is on the Cap d'Antibes and is a short walk to the famous outdoor covered Provencal market in Antibes & the largest private yacht harbour in France, Port Vauban. The beautiful sandy beaches are 100 metres away , where you will find many cafes and restaurants. Fishing from the rocks outside the house is a favourite pastime of our guests. The charming old town of Antibes with the Picasso Museum and the lively night life of Juan les Pins are within walking distance. The Hotel du Cap, Restaurant Bacon and Les Viieux Murs are within walking distance. Cinemas ,Pubs , pizzerias, English supermarket, sailing , windsurfing & diving schools are also within walking distance. The annual Jazz festival of Juan les Pins and Nice , and the firework displays in July & August are some of the nice events in our area. Snow skiing is easily accessible from the villa in a 2 hour drive. Ideal for honeymooners. Romantic beyond belief.
