This fully modernised 3 bedroom (sleeps 6) sea side house in the lovely grounds of Clube Atlantico near Carvoeiro, on the Algarve, has it's own private pool and South facing garden overlooking the ocean, providing the ideal setting for a 'getting away from it all' holiday for adults and children alike. Air conditioning/heating, modern kitchen and two bathrooms (one en suite) make your self catering stay comfortable and relaxed with the beautiful Carvalho beach a few minutes walk away. There are tennis courts on site along with a communal pool with paddling pool and playground for small children. One of the best restaurants in the area is also on site.

The property is situated overlooking the ocean at Clube Atlantico, approximately 3 kilometres east of Carvoeiro town centre, adjacent to Carvalho beach, the Restaurant Bella Vita, tennis courts, childrens play area and communal pool. There are several beaches nearby but we think Carvalho beach is the nicest because it is generally fairly quiet with no beach bars. There are however a number of steps down to the beach with a final part of the route going through a cave which was aparently used by smugglers in the old days. For those not wanting to go to the beach and enjoy sea bathing, there is of course our private pool and also a communal pool at Clube Atlantico, which has several depths and a kids paddling pool. Tennis courts and a kids playground are also available free of charge adjacent to the wonderful Bella Vita restaurant over looking the communal pool.

Notes: This is a refurbished single storey house with superb views over the ocean at the end of a mature garden within the lovely Clube Atlantico development which was built in 1985 and one of the most desirable locations in Carvoeiro.There is a regular bus service into Carvoeiro and beyond. It is approximately 50 minutes by car from Faro airport with some excellent restaurants and other attractions nearby.
