Fantastic 4 bedroom house very close to the stylish downtown area of Buzios. The house is fully furnished to a very high and stylish standard and is the perfect base for a stay in Buzios. All the main beaches are within easy reach - 10 minutes drive. The house has beautiful views down the valley to the sea and is situated in a small (6 houses) beautifully maintained and green condominium. There is a shared pool and barbecue area but as the houses are not used all the time there is lots of space. The house has all the facilities you need for a perfect stay and there is plenty of parking. The American style kitchen is fully kitted out with all you need and there is a TV and DVD player. There is a limited library of English speaking books. The owner uses the house quite regularly so it is very loved. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Buzios is the world famous Brazilian resort made famous in the 1960's by Brigitte Bardot. It is now a beautiful and stylish resort with over 20 unique beaches, marvelous shops and restuarants and of course lots of beautiful people. Whatever your tastes there is a beach for you, whether it be surfing at Geriba or people watching at Joao Fernandes.

What can I say ....

' Amazing! '

The Location is perfect, with beaches within easy reach and something for everyone ....

Lots of areas to explore, quiet beaches just to relax and be spoilt / busy beaches, some more popular with families / and Youth beaches with Beach Clubs to all hours .... The Choice is yours .... and naturally the weather was perfect for the time of Year ...... Quite strange for us Europeans to be in our shorts on the beach on Christmas Day and Again at Midnight on New Years Eve .... Champagne in Hand ... Fire work displays .... Everyone dressed in White Clothing and Generally Relaxed Party atmosphere ....


Thats enough about Buzios which I may say is one of Our favorite locations in South America ...

The House is Located centrally to all the above mentioned and is located in a slightly elevated location comanding spectacular views on two sides out to the coast .... We found it a very friendly condominium arrangement and we were totally unaware that other residents were about ..... The amenities left nothing to be desired.

I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a Smart Residence in which to Entertain / Relax / Explore Buzios and surrounding areas at any time of Year ....

I stayed in the above house in Buzios, Brazil this year and its stunning! There's fews through forest right down to the coast, three floors of a beautiful, modern, clean house with a shared pool that there was never anyone at, and a barbeque area in lovely grounds. I can't wait to go there again. Buzios is a beautiful little fishing village, or at least it was until Brigitte Bardot discovered it, now its got lots of fabulous little shops, bars and restaurants, all sitting in cobbled streets surrounded by beaches and walkways featuring bronze statues. I loved it. Very cosmopolitan, beautiful weather, beautiful people. The Brazilians are soooo nice, helpful, hospitable. Go to Buzios, stay at this house.
