This luxury 3 bedroom town home is located on the prestigious Emerald Is. resort so close to Disney you can enjoy the fireworks. Its spacious, peaceful and well cared for by our 24 hour management team. The house offers stunning views from the upstairs Master bed. has balcony over the lake. Fully fitted luxury kitchen, lounge area with Queen pull- out sofa bed and a patio with lake views. The Master en suite has a King size bed and balcony, there are two further bedrooms one Queen and one with two twin beds, also 2.5 bathrooms, free internet in house. There is a separate laundry room, TVs in all rooms, play station 2 with games. This is set on one of closest resorts to Disney, so convenient for all the parks. The up-market resort has a guard at the gate and offers clubhouse with gym, sauna, community pool with spa just 5 yards away, Tiki bar, Cyber cafe, free coffee lounge with large screen TV, activities daily. My family and I stayed at this villa in Aug-Sept 2009. Initially we arranged to arrive early, however, it was not communicated with the management company and the home was not ready when we got ther. We could not get a hold of the owner, but after calling the management company, they said that it would not be ready until a few more hours. So we had to drive around for a while with all our luggages waiting for the time to pass. We could not see the fireworks from our balcony as told but we heard the fireworks everyday. The remote control in the living did not work for the television. The master bath was creaking as if it was going to just fall apart. The shower curtains need to be replaced. Ants were always coming into the kitchen from the garbage outside no matter how much you clean it. The resort clubhouse did not have much to do. On a positive note, there was wireless connection in the house which was nice. The playstation was only in the room with the twin beds. Overall, it was an ok stay but it was recommended to the owner to fix it up(renovate) because it was becoming worn down. Although we did not use any, there were lots of extra blankets around if needed. If you have kids, there is really not much to do other than the pool, which they really need to maintain. The properity was close to disney(5-10 mins) but far from the aiport(20+mins). Also, it was far from Walmart but there is a Super Target nearby. There were lots of restaurants on the strip but International Drive was pretty far, so you definetly need a car to stay in this home. The area was very quiet.

An excellent Florida Adventure

My Family found the house to be well maintained and situated in an excellent gated community with very friendly staff.
We were welcomed by the Emerald Island staff and the home management team in a very friendly manner and the information on the surrounds i.e. Disney, Orlando and all the attractions, was very informative.
The house was excellent and fulfilled all our needs when we had a 2 year old with a large washing commitment.
I would recommend this house fully and would not hesitate to recommend this to any one wanting an excellent Florida adventure with a very central base.

A great holiday home from home close to Disney

We stayed here, the 3 bed 2.5 bath and it was perfect for us. The house was spotlessly clean, very well equipped - PS2, tvs in all rooms, broadband, VOIP phone, laundry room, great kitchen equipment: everything we needed. The location was fabulous - walk out of the front door, turn right and within a minute, you're at the pool. Good sized pool, plenty of sunloungers, bar, hot tub, gym. Out the back of the house is a lake and the patio furniture downstairs and on the master balcony gives you great views without feeling overlooked at all. You can just see the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the upstairs balcony at 9pm. Supermarket nearby (nearest one is not listed in the resort guide - just make towards the main road and it's behind Outback Steakhouse). A ten minute car ride from Animal Kingdom. This house is great value and you'll love the location. Definitely highly recommend this property, and it's friendly, efficient owner.

A HOLIDAY TO REMEMBER and with a real home from home feeling...My friends and our children enjoyed it so much........The Location, Resort and Town House was perfect , with a beautiful out lay and so close to all the attractions ,shopping, eating out and friendly atmosfer
Better then expected for the Price ....

My wife and I stayed at this property in September 2008. The owner made the booking very easy and provided us with all the information to have a very relaxing holiday. The property was very clean and was in an excellent location overlooking a lake and woodlands.The management company who looked after the property were very friendly and made sure that we were happy with our holiday home.A great property in a great resort.
