We are delighted to offer you 'a place to call your own', as you explore France's most famous wine country If you are visiting Burgundy for all it has to offer, why not stay in the center of it all? 3 clos de Pommard is located on the wine route, the 'Route des Grands Crus'. Walk out the front door and you are only steps from Pommard's 50+ vintners. Walk out the back and visit the tasting room and gardens of the famous Chateau de Pommard. Set off on walking paths through the vineyards for visits to Volnay and Meursault. The historic town of Beaune, with it's rich cultural life, restaurants, and vibrant Saturday market, is a 5 minute drive north. Location, location, location! Pommard is a bustling wine village situated just on the outskirts of the medieval town of Beaune, the heart of the Cote d'Or. Our modern ground floor apartment is located in a beautifully renovated 17th century carriage inn.

A stay in our apartment, with the boulangerie (bakery), epicerie (grocery store), café, and restaurant literally steps from the front door, offers a true taste of Burgundian village life. Just two hours from Paris by train, this location is a perfect vacation destination for lovers of wine and the beautiful countryside in which it is produced. And because of proximity to the train station in Beaune (2 miles) and the auto route (2 miles), Pommard provides an ideal base from which to explore other parts of France and Europe.

My friend and I were so happy when we first stepped in to this apartment. It was literally perfect for us. Lots of room, a good kitchen, free phone calls to the US and included internet access. Not to mention directly across from a small bakery and grocer. Quiet, peaceful and great location. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We stayed at this property for 6 nights. The property was located in a beautiful village very close to Beaune, which for us was ideal. We enjoyed the city of Beaune, but also enjoyed staying outside of the city.

The property itself was very clean and had all the amenities you could need. It was like staying at a friend's house rather than at a rented property. We have a 9 month old baby and they provided all necessary things (baby bed, high chair, food processor). We can't say enough wonderful things about this property!

The owners were very thoughtful and left details about the village and Beaune, including recommended restaurants, wine stores, etc. These tips were very helpful and just added to our great experience.

We would definitely recommend this property to our family and friends!
