Additional information about rental rates

  • A £100 refundable security bond is payable in advance to secure all bookings. A 50% deposit of the full amount with the full rental then due no later than 8 weeks before departure.
    We will hold availability for 48 hours on request to allow flights to be booked. Please note, it is advisable to avoid early hours arrivals or late departures due to the check in times for the apartment as detailed below.
    Bookings are normally taken Friday to Friday, and we will try to be flexible regarding access to the apartments on arrival and departure, but where we have concurrent bookings normal check in time is no earlier than 2.00pm and latest departure on check out is 10.00 Am.
    Please note, it is strictly non-smoking inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed outside on the apartment terrace balcony.
  • Our apartment is maintained and cleaned by English Management Company who are available for emergencies.
