This stunning new Penthouse apartment is located on one of the most sought after complexes in Kato Paphos, approx 15/20 minutes walk from bars, restaurants, harbour and sandy beach. This fully air-conditioned accommodation comprises three large bedrooms, two of them en-suite and with access to balconies overlooking the pool area, plus a third twin room and separate bathroom, large entrance hall leading to spacious and airy fully furnished lounge/dining area and fully fitted modern kitchen. There is a large shaded balcony for open air dining, and upstairs a roof terrace giving sea views, with jacuzzi, shaded pergola and barbeque. There are 2 large communal pools, 25m long and 17m long. Both pools have numerous loungers and umbrellas for you to enjoy the wonderful Mediterranean sunshine and there are poolside changing rooms and showers. The grounds were previously a citrus grove and have been landscaped retaining these magnificent trees which fruit during the summer.

Hesperides Gdns is in quiet area of Kato Paphos, and although a car is handy, within walking distance of the seafront, the beach, the Old Town and harbour. Nightlife is excellent, with many bars, nightclubs and restaurants catering for all ages, tastes and pockets. Paphos is a World Heritage SIte and there are numerous interesting historic sites in and around Paphos such as the Venetian Fortress in the harbour, the Tombs of the Kings and the ancient mosaics at the House of Dionysus. A short drive away is Aphrodite's Rock, set on a beautiful coastline with clear turquoise sea. The largest waterpark in Cyprus is a few minutes drive away and beautiful sandy beaches such as Coral Bay and Pissouri, offering a variety of watersports, are only 20-30 mins drive away. The Akamas Peninsular 30 mins drive north is a protected wilderness area ideal for the nature lover or just for getting off the beaten track, while 1.5 hours away are the impressive Troodos mountains, definitely worth visiting.

Great Holiday in the Sun

We had a great stay in this very clean and large apartment, it was very well equipted with everything we needed in it. We had great views from the spacious balconys and especially the roof top area. Only a 20 min walk to the town centre but we used taxis at night which cost us about 8 eros. The pool area was clean and very nice, lots of sunbeds and the ice cream van that turned up at 3pm every day was a real bonus! There are no bars or anything near by but there are a couple of shops just down the road but we would still look at staying again and we would recomend the location for people who don't want to be in the hussel and bussel of the town centre but who still want to access it. The owner was really helpful and sent us plently of useful information and also sorted out a taxi to pick us up from the airport.

Apartment itself was fabulous and well maintained. Any problems were dealt with by the agent, tho be aware this is Cyprus and you cant rush them!!!
The pool area was kept clean and tidy at all times and there were plenty of sunbeds available to use. The daily visit by Mr Whippy was treat, tho be warned, the 99's are hugh!!!
There is a security guard who makes regular visits around the complex which is alway reassuring.
Location, as stated is a good 20 minute walk from all amenities and if you dont know the area can be a little difficult to find at first.
Taxis are available but will cost about 8 euros to the main harbour area and shops.
There is a small kiosk/mini market about 7/10 minute walk away where you can get essentials tho for the main supermarket a car or taxi will be reqd.
I would most definately recommend this to anyone wanting a family holiday as there were lots of familes there.
Having lived in Cyprus for years and am now a regular visitor i have found that because of the euro it is now expensive in all bars and restaurants, tho staying in the apt in an evening was most enjoyable with the bbq, jacuzzi and tv/dvd to keep us all entertained!
The owner provided excellent customer service and was helpful and friendly at all times - thanks from Rebecca/Tracy and families!
Good time was had by all! We would definately come back!
