This comfortable and well equipped 2 bed apartment is in a good location in Albufeira (Praia da Oura), close to amenities and the beach. The self catering apartment is not overlooked, on a small complex looks out onto the gardens and pool area in which there are two pools (1 is for small children) and the grounds are safe and secure for children. The large balcony faces the sun for the whole day and is a great spot to relax on sun loungers and enjoy the great Portuguese weather. The spacious apartment sleeps 4-6 comfortably. The glorious Algarve sandy beaches are within easy walking distance and 15 to 20 minutes drive gets you to various high quality golf courses. All making it an ideal holiday location for young and old alike to rent throughout the year. To make the vacation more stress free we have arranged local transport to meet you at the airport and take you to the apartment and also for your return to the airport. This is an extra charge of 45 euro for the return trip.

Nearest Airport: Faro at 30 Kilometres
Nearest Train: Faro at 30 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: A22 at 5 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 1.5 Kilometres
Car: not necessary
The lovely cove of Oura with its very sandy beach is just a ten minute walk. The famous Strip is convenient, a longer walk or 4 euro taxi ide gets you into the heart of Albufeira old town. The Buses stop 50 meters from this secured apartment which can take you to all around the Priai d'Oura and Albufeira (1 euro) also going as far as Vilamoura or the new marina. Local bus rides to Zoomarine or various waterparks (tickets via the appropriate shops). Golf courses are too numerous to mention are all within a short taxi or car ride. Why not take a tour of Cliff Richard's Vineyards and do some tasting while you are there, need to book a few days before going as they accommodate only small groups. All information is contained in the apartment activities folder. Scuba diving can be arranged with the local diving club, some 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Car rentals are easily arranged within small walk so you can shop around for the best prices.

Notes: The apartment complex is secured by electric gates so only open to residents. The apartment is on the top (2nd floor) and has a lift. This apartment does not need air conditioning. The apartment is always beautifully cool with the lovely Algarve breeze. South facing always in the sun, the large balcony is great for sun bathing or sitting in the shade on the inside portion during the summer when the sun is high. The balcony is 100% in the sun when the sun is lower in the autumn and winter. All in all, a perfect balcony to relax on with open views of the pool and beyond, whilst not being overlooked.

We are just back form this lovely apartment - 2 adults, 2 kids... we had a really nice time once again in Portugal.. This apartment is a great size and has everything you need in it, fair play to the owners they thought of everything. The pool area is lovely and the small children's pool was great for our 3 year old. If you don't mind having the windows open at night time you can get away with no air conditioning.
The apartment is in a nice quite area although it is only a few mins walk to the main strip for lovely restaurant's and entertainmant. Everybody in the complex were very friendly. We will deffo recommend this accommodation to our friends.
