This property was redecorated and refurbished in early 2008. There are 3 double bedrooms, two of which open on to the large balcony which runs the full length of the apartment. The living/dining area is open plan creating a feeling of great space. Also opens to balcony, with dining for 6 people, two comfortable sofas, and a well equipped kitchen. The large balcony has garden table and chairs for 6 people, umbrella for shade, 6 sun loungers, and plant pots growing young fruit trees, including orange, lemon and olive. There is also a barbeque for use of guests. This apartment has a 'family' theme, with beach toys, swimming towels, and cot all provided. There is a private swimming pool for exclusive use of all apartments in complex, set in beautiful landscaped gardens. This apartment is ideal for families, but would suit any age including the elderly. Apartment is accessible by stairs from outside at the back, where there is also plenty of car parking space.

This property is located in the exclusive Parakklesia area, on the edge of Limassol and is an ideal location from which to explore the countryside, as well as the main town of Limassol. Limassol is famous for its cosmopolitan lifestyle, with many cafes, bars and restaurants as well as the cultural aspects such as the castle, museum, municipal gardens and handicraft centre. The 5* St Raphael Hotel just opposite the complex offers most water sports from the marina. A 10-15 minute drive eastwards will take you to the famous Governor's Beach, a series of several sandy coves, where there is also a good restaurant and children's play equipment. West of Limassol takes you to Fassouri Water Park (30 mins), the Roman theatre and beach at Kurion (30 mins). Easy access to the countryside northwards, Vuoni Donkey Sanctuary, Troodos and the mountains. Nicosia, Paphos and Larnaca are all within one hour's drive. From this location you can explore virtually anywhere in any direction.

Our family holiday in Cyprus 2008

Being a greek cypriot family with roots from LImassol our immediate impression was that this appartment was of a higher standard than that which was given on the website.
Location is superb. Access to sea, mountains and local villages is great.
Property is fresh and clean, fully air conditioned and beautifully maitained. The view from the terrace is wonderful.
There is a varied choice of resturants and bars catering for all tastes and the local supermarket has everything you need including same day UK newspapers.
The local bakery has the most delicious freshlt baked pastries.
We beleive that the pictures on the website do not show how good the appartment actually is.
The swimming pool is maintained to an exremeley high standard and is kept immaculatley clean at all times.
The owners were very helpful and were able to address every detail promptly and acurately.
We would summarise our time spent here as one of the best holidays we have had in Cyprus, and we go every year.
We would like to thank Rosanna and David for the bottle of wine and for allowing us to use their wonderful appartment.
Owner's Response: This guest is absolutely right in saying that the location is superb. Access to beaches, the coast AND the interior of the island is very easy from here. Guest has given an extremely accurate description of the local amenities and also of the apartment itself. The places he describes are all within walking distance. Property is clean, spacious, and well maintained, and has fantastic views from the balcony. This area is suitable for any age, as everything is within easy reach.

Fantastic Luxury Apartment in Limassol

As a group of 6 students researching for our final year project we were looking for somewhere comfortable to spend our 5 weeks on the Island. The apartment has been finished to a very high standard, with a very spacious open plan living/dining/kithen area, with an equally impressive balcony area.
The apartment is very well equipped with all the luxuries you would expect. The apartment complex is beautifully looked after, with a clean pool and well kept grounds.
This also makes a perfect base to travel around the island with troodos, paphos and larnaca all within easy driving distance. And with Limassol just a short drive away, and small local shops and beaches within walking distance everything you need is well within reach.
I would definately return to this apartment and recomend this to anyone visiting this area!

Excellent and convenient rental close to Limassol

I spent one week in december with my wife and 2 children (30y old).
I am enthusiastic. 2 bedrooms, the dining room and the living room, all with direct access to the wide balcony, and one smaller bedroom in the back.
Everything very modern and clean and well equipped. Plenty of space. The balcony is very pleasant and with all comfort. Air-cond in all bedrooms, living and dining rooms.

Quiet apartment (top floor), and very good location to visit south Cyprus. Easy access from the highway, and 5 min by car to central Limassol for big supermarkets. Walking distance to smaller supermarkets, restaurants, and beach.

Very good assistance also from the local property managers.

We got a lot of chance to find this rental place. I really recommend this apartment which is excellent value.
