This brand new stunning luxury Attic is RIGHT ON THE SEA FRONT!. The beautiful living space is ultra modern, comfortable and stylish. It has its own balcony and large private SOLARIUM to gaze out to Sea and watch the sunset! The area is quiet and relaxing with few buildings and is cut off from all the noise. It is quiet but not isolated. The apartments are extremely well located and only minutes walking to everywhere inc all the shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks and markets. The building is set back only metres from the sea, and a 1min walk along the shore brings you into a beautiful secluded bay with great beach and turquoise waters. The promenade is fantastic for talking a walk, and you will never tire of the view into the bay with all the boats. There is good snorkeling right in front of the apartments! It is a truly beautiful apartment in an unbeatable spot.

There are lots of fun activities nearby. A litlle drive inland are beautiful local villages famous for its delightful churches, orange and almond groves, and complete tranquility. There are many shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. The apartments themselves are in a quiet and tranquil spot.. 10mins in the car will bring you into the ultra cool village of San Rafael. Near here are the super clubs - Amnesia, Privilege and so on. And not much further on is IBIZA TOWN, one of the hottest spots of the island for everything - shops, bars, restaurants, markets, and just about everything you could ever want.

Beautiful Coves

This is one of the most beautiful parts of the island. It has the best beaches, the sun sets over the sea, and there is an enormous amount of shops, bars and restaurants. Its night markets on the Paseo Maritimo are the best on the island, and the area is used to visitors and caters for every kind of need. Perhaps you fancy a trip out on a boat, or a game of tennis, football for the children, or just to laze around the pool and go snorkelling in the crystal clear water? Here you can do it all. The trick is to come and experience it for yourself. If you want a night out, you have some of the islands best bars and clubs right on your doorstep! But if it's peace and quiet you are looking for, you just won't find better. Being walking distance to everywhere, it really has the best of both worlds!
