Lovely Apartment in the sunshine.

We have just returned from a weeks holiday in La Napoule staying at this lovely apartment.
We were first greeted by Ruth who was a fantastic help explaining the local area and people etc.
The apartment is deceptively spacious and very well equipped. It was spotless when we arrived and everything is in excellent condition and looked after. The apartment has a huge balcony that stretches the entire length of the apartment accessible from the living room, kitchen and bedroom. We spent most of our time on the balcony, drinking and playing games until very late.
The living room has a pull down double bed, don’t let this put you off, it was very comfortable and great space saving idea.
The bedroom has two single beds with a big built in wardrobe.
The kitchen was very well equipped everything you could possibly think of is there, and we didn’t need to buy anything other than food.
The local supermarket is deceptively close 10mins walk, and it’s huge. We made the mistake of thinking we would do our shopping and get a quick taxi home from the supermarket! We waited over an hour for a taxi and in the end found one purely by accident. Taxis do not hang around supermarkets like in England, the bus does however pass the supermarket from the apartment, number 20 and 15. The number 20 bus will also take you all the way to Cannes for 1 Euro (the only bargain!).
We also loved the local beaches; there can't be many beaches with a Castle as a backdrop! There is however a nicer beach if you follow the footpath through the castle grounds and over the rocks.
We would not hesitate to come back, we actually looked forward to returning to our apartment on a night time after a long day out.
