It comfortably sleeps 8-10 people; is fully air conditioned and equipped to highest standard. 4 bedrooms with 3 opening directly on to terraces. 1 has its own furnished terrace. Fully equipped kitchen and large lounge/dining area. 5 min Moncarapacho or Estoi - shops, banks, supermarkets etc. 5 Min Olhao is on the waterfront with restaurants, bars, shops, and marina. 10 mins drive of stunning beaches; islands;and in the heart of the unspoiled Eastern Algarve. There are 14 excellent golf courses within 30 min drive. Car hire essential to enjoy the area. 800 metres to an excellent bar/restaurant. Sleeps 8 (4 Bedrooms).

Good selection of restaurants, banks, pharmacy, post office. - 4 kms (2.5Miles)The palace of Estoi is a major attraction in Estoi in Faro. The castle is designed in the rococo style and is surrounded by beautiful gardens. This 19th century castle built with a combination of wonderful blue and white tiled ceramics and is a great marveol of architecture in the region. - 4.5 kms (2.8Miles) The ruins of Milreu are also visited by plenty of tourists. The remains are located within easy reach from Estoi and are easily accessible. The place consists of ancient relics dating back to the Roman period. Well known among them is a beautiful villa with great architecture. - 5 Kms (3Miles) Olhão is just a 10 minutes, and is the Algarve's main fishing port and sea food centre. It has an attractive promenade that extends along the harbour and past the vegetable and fish market.

    The villa is fully air conditioned. -Cool in summer, warm in winter. Please note: the pool will be heated mid June July & August 2009 free of charge, which is a significant saving to you. We do however charge £75 for air conditioning.
  • - Reduction- available for long term rents. - Negotiable dates at reduced rates.
  • Booking notes:
    A deposit of 30% is required on booking with the remainder payable 8 weeks before departure (payment details provided when booking). Directions will be provided a few weeks before departure and keys available on arrival.
    A security deposit of £200 is required. This will be refunded at the end of the holiday.
    Changeover day
    We try to be very flexible with changeover days and accommodate our guests on arrival and departure of their flights. Usual times for the villa to be vacated:
    10am on day of departure. Arrival after 4pm. Will confirm times by e-mail prior to arrival.
    On Departure day should your Flight time be late in the evening - arrangements can be made for you to leave your luggage for a few hours should you wish to maximise the last day of Sand Sun Sangria.

Travel/Distances: Faro airport is a 20 mins drive where you have 50 flights a day. Seville Airport can be easily accessed in around 90 mins. Vista Elite is centrally located making all the Algarve easy accessible. Good selection of restaurants, banks, pharmacy, post office. Car hire is essential. Distances: The towns of Olhao, Estoi and Moncarapacho are 5 Kilometres. Faro city and Tavira are 20 mins drive. The Spanish border is 30 mins drive. Beach Towels; Cool-Box; and large selection of Melamine Picnic ware available - so you may enjoy the Algarve to its Maximum and keep Luggage to a Minimum.

Golf: There are numerous golf courses within 30 mins drive. To the east the new Monte Rei Golf and Country Club, Benamor, Quinta da Cima, Quinta da Ria, new superb Monte Rei , Quinta Do Vale and Castro Marim. To the west are 4 courses at Quinta do Lago and 7 at Vilamoura 34 in total. Discounted green fees available for Eastern Algarve courses.

Coast/Beach: There are wonderful unspoilt, uncrowded beaches in all directions from the villa, the closest being at Fuseta. Tavira, Olhao, Cabanas and Altura beaches are all within 20 mins drive. Many beaches are islands and are accessed by small trains or ferry. SUGGESTION The large villa - 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms gives 2 families the opportunity to holiday together but with some privacy. The villa is wonderfully spacious, a lovely quiet setting, and so some days we didn't want to go out. The pool is fabulous, and the whole property well looked after.

Have just returned from our lovely holiday in Portugal. This villa realy made our holiday special, beautiful villa ,lots of room and equipped with everything you need. The location was quiet but not to far from everything else. Angelos restaurant in the local village was top rate.... Food 10/10. Many thanks as well to Anna for all her help.
Realy do need a car (easily rented at airport).
Will be returning in the future and would recommend to friend or relative.
Many thanks to Noel and Bridie for very good customer service and easy communications when arranging our holiday...
