Built in 2006 from local brick, marble and stone, this elegant villa offers breathtaking 360 degree views of the Aegean Sea and the Cliffs of Navarone. Villa Helios offers generous living accommodation that is spacious, light and airy. It is modern, contemporary and comfortable with extensive living space complemented by beautiful outdoor terraces and its own private infinity pool. Villa Helios accommodates 6-8 people over 3 floors. There is a large open plan living and dining area with fully fitted kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms incorporating a top floor 'master suite' with ensuite shower room and fantastic panoramic roof terrace.

Notes to the rental rates

• If you have any questions then do not hesitate to ask.
  A deposit of 25% is payable on booking and no booking is guaranteed until the deposit has been made and cleared.
  The balance must be paid 8 weeks before departure. If booking within 8 weeks of travel the full amount is payable on confirmation of booking. Preferred changeover days are Wednesdays or Saturdays. Other days of the week are possible dependent on time of year and availability.
  Special rates are available for longer lets and the winter months, please ask for prices.
  Under 25's group bookings not accepted.
  There is a £150 security bond payable with final payment- this is held by us and returned to you immediately after your holiday providing no damage has occurred.
  Arrival time: After 4pm. Villa must be vacated by 11am on day of departure.
  Payment currency and methods: Payments can be made in UK Sterling cash, cheque or bank transfer or in Euros cash or bank transfer

Outdoor Facilities

Set in a large sunny corner plot, Villa Helios is set in a private walled garden tastefully landscaped with Oleander and mature olive trees. There is extensive garden that run the length of the property which incorporates a traditional Greek barbeque close to the main dining terrace. There is also private parking for approximately 4 cars, of which 2 of these cars can be shaded under the car port. The villa, pool and garden can be fully illuminated in the evening. The front terrace from the lounge and dining room is part covered by a pergola to offer a stylish and shaded outdoor eating area with a large teak table and chairs for 6-8 people. It has breathtaking and outstanding views of the villa’s private pool, Cliffs of Navarone and Aegean Sea. The private infinity pool is 8 x 4m surrounded by a furnished pool terrace. There is an outdoor shower and six luxury teak sun loungers. The pool has steps for easy access and can be illuminated at night.

Ground Floor

Living and Dining Area The spacious open plan living area incorporates two modern comfortable sofas, as well as 2 stylish armchairs. The living area comes complete with an LCD flat screen TV with DVD player and local satellite TV. The dining area incorporates a large table with six chairs for stylish dining. There is a sideboard containing board games, books and Hi-Fi. Kitchen This large, modern fully fitted dining kitchen is fully equipped to cater for 6-8 people. It is open plan to the lounge and dining area. There is a full size Zanussi fan oven with ceramic hob (4 rings) with a stainless steel extractor fan. The kitchen also includes a family sized fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and toastie maker etc. There is a full complement of crockery, glassware and kitchen utensils etc. selection of tools, first aid kit and fire extinguisher. There is a kitchen dining table for 4.
