This beautiful self-catering 5th-floor penthouse in the city centre, within a short walking distance to the marina & the adjacent famous Phinikoudes (palm tree) blue flag sandy beach, promenade & shopping streets. This rental apartment has just been tastefully refurbished. It boasts a comfortable sitting/dining room with 5 dining chairs, 2 leather sofas, TV & DVD player & full wall-mirror. The modern, fully-fitted & equipped kitchen includes fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave & coffee-maker. The double bedroom has fitted wardrobes, A/C unit, electric heaters, bathroom/shower over & WC. Sleeps 2-4 (2 in bedroom, 1 on sofa-bed in sitting room & an optional folding bed available on request free of charge). The 2 verandas give panoramic sea views of the bay & marina. The flat also includes a veranda table with two chairs, linen, towels & a parking space. Ideal for a relaxing break, available all year, flexible changeover dates. Very attractive rates if booked for more than 2 weeks!

  • Booking, payment and cancellation details:
    A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the Booking. When you are ready to make a Booking, please email or telephone to check availability.
    If your departure is within 3 months of the date of the Booking, full payment is required to guarantee your booking. If a booking is canceled up to 2 weeks before the commencement of the first night of your booking, 75% of the whole of the booking payment will be refunded but the 25% will be forfeited. If a booking is canceled within 2 weeks of the commencement of the first night of the booking, the whole amount of the booking payment will be forfeited.
    The person in whose name the Booking is made acts on behalf of all other parties and is responsible to the Owner for all payments in respect of the Booking.
  • You agree to pay the Owner the cost of repairing or replacing (Owner’s choice) any item of property which is damaged during your stay.
    Please note: The Owner does not accept responsibility for any losses or personal injury which occurs during your period of stay.

    The apartment is available from 3.00pm on the day of your arrival. On the morning of your day of departure, please vacate the apartment by 11.00 am to allow time for the apartment to be cleaned for the next visitors

Living room: (seats 7) In addition to the brand new 3-seater and 2-seater leather sofas in the living room, there is a single sofa bed. An extra fold-up single bed is available. Dining area: The dining area includes a table and 5 chairs.

This was our first experience with holiday-rentals and i was a bit worried about the whole situation cause we've planned the holiday with our little baby. But we worried for nothing as everything turned out just great. The taxi took us to the apartment in 10 minutes. The apartment is very cozy and we loved it from the first moment. The Larnaca beach is few minutes away ( 10 mins walk) which is great. The one of many things i liked in Cyprus are the people, they are so friendly and welcoming. I have only good things to say about the owner and his wife who made us feel like home. I would rate the apartment as excellent and the people as super nice. Thank you Pieris and Nadine for this pleasant experience and for making us feel great.
