Self-catering rental villa with 5/6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms to sleep 13 people.

Villa Kadyanda is a 5 bedroom detached holiday villa with a private pool and gym set in an elevated position and surrounded by forests with stunning views over a plateau and the nearby mountains. At 500m the area enjoys mountain breezes even in mid-summer. The village of Uzumlu is a 2km walk and has shops, restaurants, bars and a weekly market. A short drive takes you to the beaches at Calis, Olu Deniz, Patara, Katranci and to Fethiye - an ideal holiday venue for extended families with children.

From the villa entrance an arch leads into a fully equipped kitchen with all the facilities to cater for up to 13 people. Another arch leads into the main lounge with a wood-burning fire and satellite TV/DVD/CD and then leads into the separate dining room. A separate second lounge has a stereo music system with iPod dock and a library of music, books and board games. All these rooms access the poolside with both gas and charcoal BBQs and another large dining table under the terrace veranda.

The bustling port of Fethiye is only 17km away and can be reached by the regular Dolmus minibuses or by car the roads are excellent and driving is easy. The famous resort of Olu Deniz is the centre for paragliding and has sandy beaches and a sheltered lagoon and is a short distance from Fethiye as is Hisaronu with a lively night-life, clubs, restaurants and bars. The 'ghost town' of Kaya Koy is also close by while down the road to Kalkan is Patara Beach with Lycian/Roman ruins and a 20km unspoilt sandy beach. Closer to the villa is Calis Beach which is a 20 minute drive and has a 6km beach with many restaurants, bars and a lively night-life, while the Roman/ Lycian ruins of Cadianda are a 15 minute drive into the hills.

Locally the attractions are endless. By the sea is paragliding, microlights, wind-surfing, sailing, swimming, scuba diving, water-skiing and kite-surfing. While inland there is walking, mountain biking, quad biking, horse riding and many archaeological sites.

    2) HM Forces, Emergency Services and Groups of 6 or less can stay in the villa at a discount of 15% (excluding High Season).
    3) Return Dalaman Airport transfers to the holiday villa by car at ~£84 and by minibus at ~£130.
    4) A generous Welcome Pack is provided free of charge to cater for arrivals at unsociable hours.
    5) Towels and linen are changed during the weekly clean, this can be done more often on request.
    6) Our local English speaking agent is available to provide any assistance required.
    7) Bookings with a 25% deposit can be made by Cheque, Bank Transfer or by Credit Card using a PayPal secure portal on our website, the balance is then paid 8 weeks before arrival together with a £150 returnable Damage Deposit.
    8) Low cost vehicle rental for a Car from £140/week and a Minibus from £350/week.
  • A safe is provided, the pool and gardens are maintained daily by our groundsman and there is ample parking for two cars. A mobile 'phone is provided and this can be topped up on the Turkcell network and Wi-Fi Internet is provided similarly topped-up at 39TL for 4GB data.

Water Sports Tuition Courses: Water Sports Tuition Courses in Kite-surfing, Sailing and Scuba Diving near Fethiye are part of our efforts to make your holiday a memorable occasion. All courses are local taking 3-4 days, are run by experienced and qualified instructors, and participants are provided with qualifications for completed courses. A great idea for the adventurous and a great way to combine relaxation with adrenalin fuelled activities. Our own private pool is fitted with safety barriers and we provide swimming assistance packs for small children.

The games room/gym has a Nintendo Wii with 40 games, a surround sound theatre system with a library of DVD/CDs, table tennis, quoits and a dartboard. The gym section includes weights and an exercise bike and there is a shower/toilet and a bar area.

Fethiye Town & The Turquoise Coast: Fethiye can be reached using the Dolmus minibuses or it is an easy 25 minute drive to a bustling port with lots to offer including modern supermarkets. By the harbour you can walk by the boats or relax in the many bars and tea houses while in the Old Town there are shops offering quality leather goods, carpets and designer clothes and the Turkish Bath is a must!

Many operators offer boat trips around the 12 islands in Fethiye bay and to Gocek marina and tours to Saklikent Gorge for water rafting. You can also take a day trip to Rhodes by a fast ferry or a tour to the Pamukkale hot springs for the spectacular limestone scenery. The International Air Games during October have aerobatic displays and many competitors paragliding at Olu Deniz. Visiting the numerous Roman and Lycian archaeological sites and Walking the Lycian Way will appeal to many.

Olu Deniz Lagoon, Calis Beach & Patara Beach: Calis Beach is a 20 minute drive to a 5km shingle beach with many bars, restaurants, go-karting and a water park - you can also get to Fethiye from here by water taxi. Olu Deniz, Hisaronu and Kaya Koy are all a short distance from Fethiye where you can watch the paragliding at Olu Deniz and visit the Blue Lagoon with its sandy beaches. Lively Hisaronu has night clubs, restaurants and tourist shops and nearby Kaya Koy ghost village was deserted after the population exchange. Patara Beach is one hour away, on the road to Kas and Kalkan, with a 20km unspoilt sandy beach, Lycian Tombs and Roman ruins.

Lovely Villa Kadyanda

We had a great time in the very spacious villa. It had been well prepared for us and the minor problems we had with the water supply were dealt with quickly.It was great for the grandchildren with the games room and many videos to watch as well as the pool! The proximity of the sister villa meant that we were able to have a great family celebration. Highly recommended!

We got back from Villa Kadyanda on Friday. Needless to say we enjoyed our stay at the villa and were delighted with how well it was equipped – with everybody in mind! We sampled Selale Pide for lunch also Alya Park and Cadianda (who delivered a meal to the villa which was much appreciated). Car transfer and car hire all went smoothly, so thank you again for your assistance in this matter.

Villa Kadyanda was in one word – Fantastic! Everything was there and the breakfast was very welcome on the first morning. We stayed in Turkey for a 1 week boat trip, but my mother was almost crying that she had to leave the villa. We will certainly recommend the villa to all our friends! Uzumlu was also a very great village and we all loved it!

Holiday in Villa Kadyanda

So Villa Kadyanda has proved to be a real winner for our Turkey holiday. Firstly we loved all the space, the games room was a big hit and all the facilities were used every day. The pool was gorgeous, and the setting was just perfect! Such a beautiful view from every aspect, if I could I would bring this view back home with me!

Nail and Eroll were just great and so helpful with everything, having the 'phone with his number is a great idea and works really well. Really enjoyed being out of Fethiye but close enough to access all it has to offer without any effort. Uzumlu is really lovely, so friendly and laid back and gets you straight into the holiday mood.

I think it is only fair to say that we really enjoyed every moment of our time in Villa Kadyanda, and we experienced no problems or challenges at all. Mike I think you have done an excellent job and the attention to detail is clear in the finishing touches, it really felt like a home. Thank you for a wonderful time and if we come back to Turkey we will definitely stay at Villa Kadyanda.

Just a quick line to thank you very much for a fantastic stay at Villa Kadyanda. The villa and all of its provided facilities were superb and faultless. We had some fabulous visits to Fethiye, where we hired a private charter boat, to Saklikent Gorge and to Dalyan. A visit to the Roman ruins at Kadyanda City was well worth the trip and we took your advice and ate at the Alya Park restaurant which was great. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable stay by all concerned and a perfect way to celebrate my wife's birthday.
