Like its name-sake, the Picasso Apartment is a truly modern apartment housed in an old block, tucked down a medieval, winding street away from cars and motor-bikes and noise. Situated in C./ Blanqueria, on the third floor, this 1 bedroom city pad can sleep 1-4 persons with comfy twin beds that can be left separate or pushed together in the principal bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge area which also houses a flat TV screen with UK Sat TV, this includes UK radio and music channels, there is also free WI-FI . Unusually there is also a separate dining area with seating area for 4. However with a cosmopolitan cafe culture and a lively bar and restaurant scene on your doorstep, dining 'al fuera' is much more the thing to do all year round. Should you wish to whip up a tortilla or two the kitchen is sufficiently equipped too.

Notes to the rental rates

• The price of 80.00 GBP per night is for 1-2 sharing.
  for 3-4 sharing the price per night is 100.00 GBP.
  THERE WILL BE A SMALL CHECK IN FEE DEPENDING ON ARRIVAL TIME. THIS WILL BE EMAILED TO GUESTS ONCE ARRIVAL TIME IS KNOW.
  10% discount is given to week long bookings (7 nights+)
  For the period 19th Dec - 4th Jan there will be 10% extra charged per night.

• To book: 70% Is due at time of booking by bank transfer to a UK bank account or by UK Cheque. The remaining 30% is to be paid in CASH on arrival to the meeter and greeter in EUROS.
  A security deposit of 200 euros has to also be given to the meet and greeter in CASH. This will be returned on check out in full should there be no damages.
  The meeter and greeter is English, she has lived in Barcelona for a number of years and is fluent in Spanish and English. She can provide in-valuable local knowledge of shops, restaurants, bars, day-trips and she will show you around the apartment and ensure that you are settled and answer any questions.
