This magnificent villa situated high on the slopes of Monte Puchol above the old town of Javea, commands spectacular views of Javea, the sea & the surrounding Valley. The villa is on 3 levels. As you enter the villa you get the 'wow' feeling of the views through an arched window in the hallway. The villa has a very elegant & classically furnished lounge & dining area with a feature fireplace in Tosca stone. On this level you will find a well-equipped Kitchen that opens onto a large upper terrace, with an outside breakfast area. The double bedroom on this level has a four-poster bed & its own private balcony, also a guest shower room/ toilet. Downstairs there are 3 further bedrooms. The Master Bedroom suite is stunning with a lounge area, bedroom area, walk in wardrobe & a truly luxurious bathroom. The villa also boasts a Bodega, Cinema & Laundry room. Outside there is a fantastic terrace with the pool & a beautifully furnished Naya, also a dining area, outside kitchen & BBQ.

Located between the capes of San Antonio and Nao, Jávea is one of the most important tourist destinations on the Costa Blanca. The historic quarter, preserves a beautiful architecture, with emblematic monuments such as the church of San Bartolomé. One of the main attractions of this region is its coastline. No less than twenty kilometres of sands and hidden coves where you can enjoy a swim and a wide variety of water sports. It is also possible to visit the attractive town of Denia, the capital of the Marina Alta region. Teulada rises on the other side of Cape Nao. In addition, next to Peñón de Ifach Nature Reserve is the town of Calpe, a harmonious place that has managed to combine the preservation of its monumental heritage with touristic infrastructures. In this area visitors can try an array of different food, at many restaurants and bars. For alternative entertainment, Benidorm hosts Aqualandia, Terra Natura & Terra Mitica.

For rentals of more than 1 week Linen and towels will be changed weekly. A Maid service is also provided 3 times per week.
