Agia Triada is on the outskirts of Protaras. The Villa is one of a private development of only six Villas. The Villa is on a huge plot and is on a small road that leads to the beach and fishing port. The private pool is 7.5 x 3.5M. The rear of the property is South facing and has the Sun all day.Restaurants and bar's are about 10 minutes walk away in Kapparas. Pernara is 5 minutes by car, Protaras tourist centre is 10 minutes. All along this coast are beautiful beaches and coves which are ideal for diving and snorkelling. The property is near to the local bus route which travels through all the resorts in the area and on to the Water Park at Ayia Napa. In the other direction the bus goes into the nearest town of Paralimni. This is a traditional Cypriot town with supermarkets, shops, banks etc., as well as tavernas and coffee shops. A car is not essential at this property and taxis are very reasonable. However competitive car hire is readily available.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A £100.00 non refundable deposit is payable at time of booking. The balance is due eight weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of £200.00 is required ( to cover any potential damages) to be paid with the final balance. The security deposit will be returned within 28 days of departure provided keys are returned and there is no damage to the property and/or fixtures and fittings.
  • The Villa will be fully cleaned prior to your arrival and after departure. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for the Villa but please bring your own beach towels.
  • Airport transfer can be arranged if required. This will be pre-booked for you and is payable upon arrival.

Notes: The property has a very spacious, 275 M2 plot and large rear patio. There is a gas BBQ, 4 sunbeds and a patio table with comfortable chairs and parasol. Located on the main bedroom balcony is a table and chairs for breakfast overlooking the Med. There is satellite TV with DVD player in the Lounge with a CD system. Six chairs are provided to the Dining area for any friends that drop by. The kitchen is fully fitted with microwave, oven and hob. There is also a worktop wine cooler as well as a modern fridge freezer. The swimming pool is cleaned regularly, two to three times each week.

The villa is in a quiet location, a few minutes pleasant walk away from a small beach. There is a bus stop a 5 minute walk in the other direction which is really convenient.
The property contained everything as stated and everything was clean and ready to use. The pool and outside area is lovely.
I would definatley recommend this property to a friend and it is highly likely i would return, the owner is very helpful.
We didnt rent a car and just used the buses to go out and found it really easy to get a taxi home. We spent most of our evenings protaras which is about a 10 minute bus ride has lots of bars and restaurants which always have some form of entertainment. The bus cost us 1.5 Euros each and the taxi back was about 12 Euros.
There is one restaurant about 5 minutes walk from the villa which is perfect if you want a nice meal and a quiet evening and when we fancied something more lively we went to protaras or ayia napa. Ayia napa is about 25 minutes bus ride from the villa, is very lively and full of young clubbers but its a pleasant place to visit in the day.
Pernera is also another nice town to visit, quite small but has a couple of good bars and restaurants.
This villa is the perfect base if you want quiet, relaxing days and a few options in the evening.

Excellent villa in a quiet location

We are a family of four and stayed in this excellent property in June 2009.The villa was just what we expected (no nasty suprises) and was light, well decorated, and very well furnished (my wife appreiciated the hair dryer). The garden/patio was sunny for most of the day and my son took up residence in the pool.
The location was quite remote for Protaras (a very long walk) however the village of Kapparis was only 10 mins walk away. Kapparis has a good choice of restaurants, bars and shops. I would recommend hiring a car, this gave us much more freedom and enabled us to explore the island. The local beach at Agia Triada (2 mins walk) is quiet and didn't get too busy.
The booking process was good and David (the owner) was very helpful and aproachable.

I would recommend this villa to family, friends and I am arranging my holiday at this proprty for 2010.

A VILLA IN A UNSPOILT BUT CENTRAL LOCATION

My partner and I rented this villa in May 08 and have to say that it was a wonderful experience. The owner has made a lot of effort to ensure that the villa is light and contemporary but still maintains a `cosy' feel. The kitchen is very well laid out and he provided a lot more than most rental properties. The sun was on the back garden all day; therefore if you prefer the use of a pool (which I do) you can stay at the villa. In the evening, following our dinner, we would sit outside with a glass of wine and watch the sun go down. The bedrooms have plenty of storage space and the view of the med from the balcony of the master bedroom is wonderful. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this villa to any couple or friends.
