You won't be short of things to do and places to visit in Torrevieja whether you're a sports lover, food fan, history buff or simply a sun worshipper. There are magnificent beaches of fine sand, walkways, parks, gardens and natural beauty spots to explore. Visit the salt flats which surround the town - the 'salterns', a nature reserve and home to 250 species of bird including flamingoes. For sporty types Torrevieja offers a range of water sports as well as tennis, biking, hiking, horse riding and golf. For day trips and excursions head up the coast just 12 kilometres where you'll find the beautiful beaches of Guardamar, bordered by sand dunes and palm gardens on the northern side of the town. The city of Alicante is an excellent shopping and entertainment centre just north of Torrevieja. For some great family days out head north to Benidorm which boasts Spain's biggest theme park, Terra Mitica, the waterworld of Aqualandia and the exotic bird and marine life centre Mundomar.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Security deposit of 125€ is payable by cheque and required at the time of booking. This deposit will be returned to you upon leaving the apartment subject to our manager reporting no damage or excess cleaning. Any breakages must be reported to the apartment manager and may be deducted from the deposit.
    Payment in full is required 4 weeks before date booking begins.
    Cleaning of the apartment is an extra 60€ per stay.
    We remain flexible regarding first day access time but this is usually after 1500 hours unless prior agreement with management.
    We also remain flexible regarding check out times but this is usually 1000 unless prior agreement with management.
    An additional fee of 10€ is payable directly to the Property Manager for arrivals between 18:00 and 09:00.
    Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment however smoking is permitted on the balcony.
    Lock out will incur a call out fee of 20€.
    Loss of key will incur a replacement fee of 30€.
    Strictly no pets.
  • A welcome pack of:- tea, coffee, milk & fresh drinking water can be arranged at additional cost.
    Cots and high chairs are available at minimal cost.
    A discount of 10% is available for returning clients.
    A discount is available for stays of 2 weeks or more (excluding high season) - P.O.A.

Fantastic week was had recently this month (May) six girls!! Will definitely be coming back in July with my hubby and family. Brilliantly situated, across the road from the beach and bus stop to town. Or, refreshing 30 minute walk, right along the beach front to the Marina, were you will find beautiful coved beaches, restaurants, Tourist Information and gift shops. To eat out was cheaper than I expected; from at least 5.99 Euros for a 3 course meal! Large supermarket around 8 minutes walk. Apartment was well equipped, 5 stars easy!! Great pick up service and good to have someone at the other end of the phone for advice, if needed. Tom your a star! Highly recommended.

We stayed here with our 3 children and the apartment was in the best location, right across the road from the beach with the most fantastic views!! The rooms were huge, each with their own sea views and the kids loved the ice cream and churro stands across the road. Having 2 lifts in the building was really useful too, especially as we had push chairs. Thanks again and we'll see you next year!
