This fabulous 5 bedroom villa is located on a prime position on the brand new 5 star development of Vists Lobos. It commands wonderful panoramic views to sea and is equipped with everything possible for the perfect holiday. The southfacing terraces surround the electrically heated pool, and a jacuzzi hot tub provides the perfect relaxation. For the children, there is a wonderful play area. The luxurious furnishings complement the finest of materials and fittings used in constructing the villa. 2 bedrooms are ensuite, with a further bathroom with jacuzzi bath, and a cloakroom. Patio doors go out from the upstairs lounge/dining room as well as from the master bedroom and the huge downstairs lounge. Here you will find a fabulous games room with large LCD TV with full Sky package, PlayStation, pool table, and ice hockey table game. Most rooms are air conditioned. With the beach and restaurants just a 12 mins walk away, and a supermarket just 1 min, this villa ticks all your boxes. Enjoy!

Playa Blanca sits right on the south coast of the Canary Island of Lanzarote and enjoys the sunniest and warmest weather on the island. A small supermarket and taxi rank are within a 1 minute walk of the villa, whilst the golden sandy beach at Playa Flamingo with a good selection of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets is just 10 minutes walk. The resort centre is a further 12 minutes walk, and offers an excellent pedestrian shopping centre, for your duty free bargains as well as a wonderful choice of seafront bars, cafes and restaurants. The stunning new marina with its waterfront cafes, restaurants, up market shops, and 10 pin bowling is a 5 minute drive. A weekly craft market is held here. All in all, a magnificent location which genuinely offers something for everyone.

The villa was exceptional...
Fantastic week spent in this lovely villa. Superbly equipt with everything you need for a home to home holiday. Comfortable and relaxing. Nice clean pool & hot tub.
The play area for the kids was the iceing on the cake! Fantastic views. Excellent location.Playa Blanca is a great place for a holiday. Efficient and extremely helpful team who are always on hand to help you!
Cant wait to go back again next year.
