  Booking deposit: 30% of total price by wire transfer or check by courier;
  Balance cash in euro at arrival; Security deposit: Euro 200,00 (paid locally by cash) at the time of arrival.
  The security deposit will be refunded upon departure subject to any deductions for damage.
  Upon arrival at the house the property manager will ask you to present a copy of your passport and sign the inventory.

Independent house , of 90 square meters , for six people, with a wide view of Sorrento and of the Gulf of Naples. The owner live at the house beside, same gate but you will be able to stay in a totally privacy. The house it has 2 floor, and It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other has two single beds. A divan bed, placed in the large living room, provides two additional sleeping places. The living room is equipped with a table, chairs, television, and a kitchenette with a 4-burner cooker, oven, and a refrigerator with freezer . From the living room, you will enter a terrace, equipped with garden furniture, with a view of Sorrento and of the sea. The house is part of a property surrounded by the green of the trees, located in a hill-side residential area. The house is equipped with one indoor parking place and with heating in all of the rooms.
