The rustic beautiful Villa Rocazul is situated in the quite and lovely urbanization Vizcondado de Cabanyes near the Village Calonge on the Costa Brava. It’s on a hill surrounded by forest. A good place for long walks, bike riding and walks with your pet! The house is in a quit street near to the second entrance of the urbanization and steps lead to the garden and front door. The plot is 700 square meters which has a rose garden and old olive tree and on the terrace you’ll find a swimming pool from 8 x 4 meters. It's very sunny and a great place to BBQ ending with a fresh jump in the swimming pool. The interior (130 square meters) is bright and cosy and has space for 6 people. There is a large fireplace in the living room. The kitchen has everything you need for making all kinds of food and drinks. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms with toilets. The atmosphere of the house is warm and charming and outside it feels relaxed and quiet.
