In the heart of Paris, in a XVIth century building, a newly renovated (2008), classic style apartment is the place to be to enjoy the Parisian life. The new luxurious furniture and the fine and rare French decoration fits the relaxing atmosphere. The world famous Notre Dame Cathedral is just 50 meters away. Extra Parking available (weekly rates also available)

This strategically located home in the Quartier Latin, next to the magnificent Louvre museum, and faces the Seine River.

While in the centre of Paris, transport is quick and easy: buses, metros and RER take you throughout Paris or to the international airports outside the city (Charles de Gaulle and Orly). A taxi station and a bike rental station are also to be found less than 50 metres away from the apartment.

Being at the heart of things, the apartment is extremely quiet. After a day of busy activity, it offers a peaceful and luxurious setting in which to rest. The elegant and fine decoration will suit any tastes

    there is 500 Euros security deposit to be paid via paypal the week before to come, and that is refund the day of the check out without any fees

Further description: This luxurious, newly and tastefully renovated apartment is at the heart of everything in Paris. Practical, convenient, refreshing, peaceful, and comfortably rich, this sweet home is perfect for visiting the capitol. The furniture and the tapestry are all from worldwide renowned French brands. The apartment has a breathtaking view on a XVIth century inner court yard, which makes the apartment cool in the summer and comfortably warm in winter. Noise is not an issue. Perfect for discovering Paris, from a lavish and luxurious emplacement.

The apartment is the equivalent of a 4 star hotel, and our guests will be provided with extra services on demand (parking, laundry, cleaning,) Weekly cleaning with bedlinen change over, cable, WI, ... are included in the weekly price.

The apartment is located on the second floor (no elevator). However, it is easy to access.

The staircase has been newly repainted.

Superb Apartment

We have been to Paris many times and stayed in many places but nowhere have we experienced the tranquillity and comfort provided by this stylish apartment. The listing description was totally accurate, in fact the apartment exceeded our expectations. It has a huge comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen area and bathroom, floor to ceiling mirrors and comfortable seating. It is very spacious and has a light airy feel.
The location was quite excellent - you are in the heart of Paris with Notre Dame at the end of your street! With two Metro stations minutes away, and three convenience stores and a super boulangerie seconds away, your every need is catered for! But though the location is central the apartment is wonderfully quiet with no traffic noise, which is amazing for Paris. The apartment was exceptionally well-cared for, meeting the highest standards of cleanliness anybody could desire.
Dealing with the owner Catherine Lamy could not have been easier or friendlier. The financial arrangements were simple and straightforward and customer service was exceptional.
We would unhesitatingly recommend this apartment to family and friends. It has all that you could require from accomodation in Paris. We very much look forward to returning to it on our next visit!

Quiet Elegance

I have had the pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment on two separate occasions. It is a very cozy and romantic hideaway centrally located in the fifth arrondissement. It is delightfully quiet yet extraordinarily convenient to many Parisian attractions. It is within walking distance to Notre Dame, the Cluny Museum, the Seine and the Sorbonne. There are many fine restaurants and markets nearby. On Saturday mornings, Place Maulbert/Mutualite' becomes a bountiful open air market with vendors selling everything from pate foie gras to local produce and honey. It is a wonderful place to practice your French and experience a very special aspect of Parisian life. The Metro and several bus routes are steps from the apartment. The building is charming and the furnishings within, elegant. The Nespresso coffee machine is a nice treat. Both the owner and the support staff are so kind and accommodating. It is perfect for a couple.This apartment is simply enchanting and you will treasure your time here.

Apartment - Hotel Colbare

The apartment was beautiful exactly as shown on photos, everything was clean and well maintained, the apartment was very comfortable for the three of us. The location was excellent, walking distance from shops, metro, & tour buses. Nottre Dame Cathedral was within walking distance too. Communication with Catherine was excellent, she had everything organised and ready for our arrival. My first visit to paris was such a pleasureable experience, I would recomend this apartment to any group of 2-3 people wishing to stay in paris. Thanks again.

Perfect Location

This lovely, small apartment is exactly as the photos show. It is a tasteful, serene habitat in the heart of Paris. The property is well maintained and the owner is responsive to guests' needs. An amazing find!

We spent a week at this location and it was perfect. The apartment was very quiet but it was a few feet from Notre Dame Cathedral and less than five minutes from the Louvre and a great strip of bars and restaurants in the Latin Quarter. The apartment was well put together, the furniture was comfortable and the pictures showing the space are completely accurate. The owner was very pleasant to work with to arrange our stay. We spent other nights in various parts of Paris in 4-star hotels but this is the place we've told all of our friends about and we will stay here again in the future.

Absolutely worth every penny.
