It is quickly accessible from the airport at about 25 min with the highway. Located 8 km from Corfu town historic center and shopping center by highway along sea side. 10 min to Gouvia bay and marina. Port for ferries to Igoumenitsa at 8 km. Gulf 18 holes at 10 km. Nearest beaches at 1200 m in Gouvia or Kontokali. Easy access to the Northern part of the island which is the nicest and the more touristic part of the island. Seaplane line in the Gouvia marina. The property is fully closed. All amenities near by in Gouvia area : mini markets, supermarkets, petrol-stations, pharmacies, post office, garage, laundries, kioks, money-cash distributors, shops, pastries, beverages, bakeries, fruits, vegetables, ...     Included in the rate: house maid 3 times a week, gardener, pool maintenance, fuel and gas consumptions.
    Electricity ( 0,12 € / kwh ) and telephone consumptions are extra charges.

    Account of 25 % required upon booking ( not refundable ) and full payment 45 days before arrival
    together with a safety deposit of 2,000 euros , refunded after deduction of above charges and eventual loss or damage ( Totally refundable in case of cancellation ).
    Booking is confirmed after receipt of funds and signed contract.
    Penalties in case of cancellation ( Payments partly refunded ).
    An inventory of the villa and a checking of electricity-meter are made on arrival and departure.
