The premuda farm holidays is perfectly located in quiet,pacefull atmosphere full of beauty,at the foot of Treviso hills. Surrounded by a park and paths of roses. Ca'premuda is located in an optimal position betweem the Beach ( Iesolo,Caorle Bibione,Lignano Sabbiadoro) and the Montains ( Nevegal 40 km, piancavallo 50 km, Cortina D'Ampezzo 90 km). Near the towns like Venice 40 km, Padua 80 km , Treviso etc. From here is possibile in one hour reach the skii station for the lovers of montain and in the same time reach the beaches.

We were stunned by the beauty of the house and its grounds. It exceeded our wildest dreams. Very clean and modern with an old world feeling..and smelled wonderful. The hosts were charming including their daughter and her grandmother. We were delighted to be surrounded by fruit trees and the dozens of spectacular rose bushes. To our delight we were served a nutritious and delicious breakfast each morning comprised of their fresh fruit .cheese, ham and wonderful pastries. But above all.........a dear family....always charming and helpful. A perfect geographical situation to visit Venise and the mountains.

Wonderful place for family holiday

We were so happy to stay this Ca´premuda. Both us and our children enjoyed very much the place and surroundings. So nice family and also much to do and see also for youngest ones in our family.To my mind a car is definitely a plus.

The quality of this property shocked us! How on earth did we afford such a high quality place on our small buget? Unfortunatly for us there were no fresh fruit as we visited in late March but did get to experience the lovely homemade jam for breakfast. It really was a wonderful treat to wake up each morning to a gorgeous spread laid on by our friendly hosts. A lovely base to explore the breath-taking Dolomites and close enough to visit Venice, we were also within driving distance of the city of Trieste which is worth a visit. All in all, a fantastic holiday made even better by our fabulous accomadation!

We had a wonderful week with Premuda Farm holidays. Silvio and Suzanna made us very welcome and the photos on their website did not do justice to the very high standard of accommodation. The 'apartment' was airy, comfortable and looked as if it was new. The breakfasts each morning were delightful with a bowl of freshly picked blackberries, raspberries and blueberries from the farm accompanying homemade jam tarts, rolls and cheese or ham.
The Treviso area was good to explore. When it was too hot- a visit to the local 'piscina' at Gaiarine to cool off was a good idea. We then travelled up into the hills to sightsee in Belluno or Vittoria Veneto later in the afternoon. Nearby Venice was also well worth a visit.
We would recommend this holiday rental to anyone as good value for money and equally suitable for families or a couple.

Großzügige Ferienwohnung mit Frühstück

Die Ferienwohnung übertraf alle Erwartungen, die durch die Beschreibung und die Fotos im Online-Inserat geweckt wurden. Die große Wohnung mit den geräumigen Badezimmern war sehr gepflegt und das reichliche Frühstück, das jeden Morgen auf dem Tisch stand, machte die Unterkunft perfekt. Sehr angenehm und unaufdringlich war die Betreuung durch Suzanna. Wer die Ruhe des ehemaligen Gutshofs schätzt, findet hier einen idealen Urlaubsort, von dem aus die Hügel des Veneto mit dem Auto ebenso schnell zu erreichen sind wie die vielen kleinen Städte mit ihrem historischen Kern.
