A simply charming and very pretty little apartment which is located in one of the most sought after residential areas of Penzance. Sky Blue (due to the colour of the exterior paintwork!) forms the lower ground floor of the owners Georgian residence and has been completely renovated. The small front garden is a mass of colour emanating from the selection of pretty flowers and mature shrubs that have been planted by the owners. Guests can sit in the small patio area and bathe in the morning sunshine - ideal with that first cup of breakfast coffee! This surprisingly spacious and well appointed south facing property is ideally suited to couples who wish to reside within a five minute stroll of the centre of this bustling little seaside market town. Penzance continues to grow in size and stature and now boasts one of the best gastronomic reputations in Cornwall including a Michelin star restaurant and some of the best fresh fish and seafood available in the country.
