2 Bedroom fully modernised villa with patio area, kitchen, living room and garage downstairs, and two double bedrooms upstairs. The master double bedroom is south facing with doors leading to the balcony with dining area overlooking the pool , vineyards and sleepy village of Plan de la Tour The second bedroom has two double beds one in a private mezzanine level, with view over the hills. The main bathroom has sink, and bath with incorporated power shower. The low flush WC is seperate but adjacent to the bathroom. Downstairs the villa has its own private south facing terrace used for outdoor dining and relaxing shaded by mature vines and shrubs,from which double doors lead into the main living and dining area, to the rear of which is the fully fitted kitchen, with internal door connecting to the attached garage and utility room. The Villa has the use of a shared pool and gardens and car parking space as well as garage space. All common areas are exceptionally maintained.

Nearest Motorway: Le Muy A8 at 10 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 5.0 Kilometres
Plan de la Tour is one of the last unspoilt villages in the Cote d Azur in Provence on the South of France. There are plenty of local shops , cafes , bars and restaurants to choose from all within walking distance of the Villa. Also the local market is held once a week. Local facilities include tennis courts , swimming pool and Aqua Park If it is night-life and more hustle and bustle that you seek then 5 minutes by car or taxi will take you to Ste Maxime a major resort with beaches and marina. The infamous St Tropez playground of the rich can be accessed by shuttle boat from Ste Maxime or 15 minutes by car (in season the coast road can get busy) at peak times it is advisable to use the helicopter to board your super yacht !
