Our stylish and contemporary villa is ocated in a quiet safe residential area of Rotonda Lakes, South West Florida.Close to Golf, superb Beaches, Fishing, Water Sports. Other attractions in the area include deep sea fishing and other water sports, tennis and of course many fine restaurants and shopping malls. Ideal for all the family as it is close to parks and beaches.SunHaven Villa has all the latest gadgets inc iPod dock ,Whole Home Audio System, Mac Computer and 42' Flat screen Blu Ray Player and also comes with Internet access,Bicycles and Gas BBQ. It is located in a quiet private area surrounded by pine trees ideal for a relaxing vacation. We thought of everything. Our upscale villa has a great south-facing heated pool and lanai with sun loungers provide a constant sun-trap from sunrise to sunset. It's a great place to relax in after sight seeing in Boca Grande and the Englewood area, or further afield Siesta Key. Our villa will be a place that you will want to return to.

Rotonda has five 5 challenging golf courses Englewood East park -1.5 miles which has barbecue grills, basketball, shuffle board, picnic area, playground , fitness trails,hiking nature trails and restrooms Tennis courts 2.5 miles away are available in the community area at the centre of Rotonda Circle free to use - Crazy Golf -5 miles away , Pelican Pete's playground is great for younger children but all age groups can enjoy a game of crazy golf. Baseball . Beaches minutes away at Englewood. 24 hour supermarket and a shopping plaza is located close to the centre of Rotonda. Water sports are available in abundance including para sailing and 'waverunners' (jet skis) windsurfing and scuba diving off this beautiful coast. Boat hire is also available and inexpensive all along the coast. There are many isolated small islands. Ideal for touring Boca Grande, Punta Gorda, Englewood, Manasota key and Port Charlotte. This was our first trip to the Gulf coast and we had a wonderful time there.Rotonda is a quiet residential area and Sunhaven villa is set in a quiet part of it where is a lot of new builds, from what we see we we were very happy with our choice of villa, as we were not overlooked from any angle of the house and the trees surrounding it gave us the privacy that we loved.The Villa itself was exceptional, everything was so well thought out and the perfect size for the four of us.
We were within short driving distance of everything that we needed shops and restaurants,beaches and golf, but we really just liked to do our grocery shopping and just relax by the pool.
We took a couple of day trips to Siesta key and Fort Myers and got our Mall fix in Port Charlotte.
We also made use of the bicycles provided, the roads are quiet and there are bicycle paths.
Next time we need a total relaxing break and some sun we will be going back to Sunhaven Villa!

We just had to say that we had a blast at your fantastic private villa. The facilities on offer are second-to-none especially the Hi-Tec, Entertainment including Broadband & LCD HD TV, etc... Only negative there was now the kids want these facilities at home too....
The south-facing pool in natural surroundings with furniture and bbq were just like an extension to the villa itself!! Nature lovers would be very at home here!!!
We would have no hesitation recommending your lovely accommodation to our friends and colleauges (already passed on your web-site).
Your personal touches certainly make this a 1st class location for a Stressfree holiday.

Top Class Villa!!

I highly recommend this sunhaven villa. I went with 4 friends for 1 week. The property is very well maintained, all equipment working perfectly. The house is immaculate. We had a brillant time. We had some very relaxing evenings cooking outdoors at the BBQ by the pool area. Also enjoyed a few glasses of Vino there too! There are other great facilities such as internet access and 2 large TVs. We found the location was a good base for our tours during the day. All in all we would recommend this villa to anyone and we will definitely make a return visit there. Top class!!

We have just returned back to the UK today ( back to the cold and rain) and would like to drop you a mail just to say how much we enjoyed our stay in your lovely home.. the house had everything we needed and more and the furnishings were to a very high standard and the pool was GREAT....and the sound system was exceptional which was my wifes personnal favourite (she now wants one in our home)..Looking back on our vacation we stayed in some lovely hotels in Naples but have decided that your lovely home was our favourite.....Thanks again.....Greg and Ann

I have done a hotel holiday in Florida once but I much prefer to have the luxury of a private villa.Sunhaven villa was one of a very high standard and they have everything you could possibly need from a washing machine(not that I used it I do that too much at home!) right to your own private pool! The location was very private with a south facing pool. I loved having a BBQ on the deck every evening.
All in all a wonderful experience!
