Notes: We are a 'Green' house...air cooling, underfloor cooling/heating and general heating of water throughout the house is provided using a Geo Thermal system which is derived from 3 bore holes drilled over 100 metres into the hillside. There is a passenger lift that operates between the 3 floors of the house and it is quite easy for the use of wheelchairs internally - although we have to point out that this property is located on a hillside with a steep drive access - we are happy to advise on suitability for disabled or very elderly guests. The swimming pool is a salt 'Eco friendly' type with little or no use of chlorine - except in an emergency by our pool contractors. Pool can be heated at an additional cost outside of high summer use - it also has an electric safety cover which also acts as a heat retainer. The Pool House has a large shower room, basins, changing area, w/c and hand washing basins. There is also a room with a washing machine and dryer for pool towels.
