A very comfortable villa in its own grounds, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, swimming pool, would make a superb holiday villa for a family of four. Complete with private swimming pool for your use only and just a few minutes from the picturesque village of Penna San Giovanni. Wonderful views from all sides 'Penna' one side just a couple minutes away, and wonderful views to to the Sybillini mountains from the terrace and pool would also make an ideal villa for a couple looking for that romantic break without having to pay for a large villa and absolutely no sharing of the pool it is all yours exclusively.

Wonderfully placed for walking, short drive to the mountains with the fabulous mountain lake 'lago Fiestra' so clear you can see the fish swimming treat yourself to a day there and just relax and picnic and swim. Or dip your toes in the Adriatic with around thirty minutes, and don't forget the great local way of life so laid back you may want to stay forever. Also some of the best of Italy in our towns and villages sites and treasures to rival anywhere in Italy.

Italian Escape lives up to expectations !

This place was all that we hoped it would be ! Nice accommodation with pool in beautiful Italian countryside. Great place to get away from it all but beach only a pleasant 1 hour drive away and only 2 hours drive from Ancona airport. Locals very pleasant and can heartily recommend the pizzeria in the village. We will be coming back for more !!

Superbly located in the heart of the "new Tuscany" this charming villa provides a great base for touring the region or making the short drive to the coast (Porto san Giorgio is an undiscovered gem of a typical Italian seaside resort). However, the pool and view is the real draw to this house so you may not want to go anywhere most days!
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Pet-friendly, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Have used this very characteristic house twice in 2008 - and if you need to 'chill out' this is the place for you. Total tranquillity. Navy blue starlit skies, masses of space around you and masses of lovely, unspoilt and un-touristy towns and villages. Let's hope it never gets as busy as Tuscany. Very clean with thoughtful touches. G and H
