What we offer our guests: We will be there to meet you at the apartment and explain how everything works, how to get in and out, and so on. We will also give you a brief overview of the neighborhood if you'd like -- where the supermarket is, the best bakery, etc. During your stay, we can give you recommendations for the best little hard-to-find restaurants, and help make reservations. If you have any problems while in Paris, we’ll try to help. Our goal is to help you live in the neighborhood like a local, an experience you would never have in a hotel. At the same time, we are available to give you practically the same help you might get from a concierge, should you need it. For example, we often arrange for a taxi to come pick our guests up right at the door to take you to the airport on your last day -- a service that is very appreciated by most. Just call if you need anything (we do not live on the premises). Otherwise, you'll not see nor hear from us!
Security:
The apartment is very secure: The neighborhood is very safe. To get in the building requires both a code to get in the main door and then a key to get through an iron security gate. The door of the apartment itself has a high security lock. The windows have security blinds that close tightly over them if you want to leave for any length of time, and the windows themselves also have locks. In short, there are more security features than you need! Especially for this lovely, quiet neighborhood. Many women travelers have stayed with us, and all have happily reported that feeling safe was not an issue at all.
