This is a two bedroom house but with a bed settee downstairs so will sleep six; Modern interior. Sky TV Broadband Connection .(bring your own laptop, wireless). Outside the pool, area is spacious with several sun beds; use of a gas barbecue. 2500sq metres of fenced of land.(electric gates for extra privicy) This house has out standing views Ideal for families In a quite location, the property has electric gates so is very private. 5 minutes walk away, there is a honey farm where you can purchase honey from local bees . We have over 100 orange trees which are ready in December Lemons are on the tree all the year round so you can have fresh lemons in your G&T. Ideal for the quite life but not remote shops and cinemas ,resturants only five mins drive away. The Costa del Sol is 30mins drive away.

The location is 5km from Alhaurin el Grande a small Spanish town with many restaurants and bars. In the other direction is Coin which is 5 min drive away; there is a shopping complex with clothing shops and loads of others including a large supermarket. In the shopping Complex is a ten pin bowling alley internet cafe and children games room. It can be found at the far end of the car park. There are also Spanish night clubs and several cafes and a Cinema.Marbella is 35mins away. Alhaurin el Grande and Coin are only 5 mins drive away and host lots of resturants chinese,indian,spanish. The house is only 80k from Gibralter The view from the house are of the surrounding mountains, The area of the house is suitable for wheelchair access also there is a bed settee down stairs.

Notes: I do not wish people to smoke inside,.(ash trays provided) we have a porch outside . Although we have fantastic views the location is on a level so very good for the elderly or children. In the laundry room outside there is a toilet and wash basin. washing machine Towels for the pool are stored in the laundry room.In the house there is a log burning fire for the winter also hot air conditioning in the lounge for winter also storage heaters in the bathroom and bedrooms. Fridge freezer in outside building mosqitio nets on the windows upstairs Transportation can be arranged The houskeeper will provide a service for extra cleaning payed locally to her. The internet is set up but can be a problem from time to time as the signal is weak from time to time

.There are loads of local golf courses. Leslies bistro 5 mins drive from the house which has an excellent Menu including a superb Sunday Lunch. The coast is only 35 mins drive away Gibralter is approx 80 miles away .with a toll road from Marbella If you want to have a train journey to Malaga you can drive to Cartama station park you Car and Catch the Train then from Malaga you Can go by Train to many places including Madrid Cordoba and several other places or just go and Explore Malaga. Another nice day out is a mountain drive to Mijas town(pueblo) its a very pretty little town. In Torremolinos there is a water park and also a Crocodile Park In Benalmadena there is a fantastic harbour and from there you can go on a boat out to see Dolphins. Another nice place to visit is Estopona 40mins away the other side of Marbella Alhaurin el grande is a lovely little town and only five minutes drive away.There are Lakesnot far away from Coin also a visit to Monda and the Gun Club

The housekeeper can provide a child minding service and payment will be direct locally in euros.

Golf: There are a number of local golf courses in the surrounding areas.

Other Activities: MANY GOLF COURSES IN SURROUNDING AREAS

We had a delightful week at San Miguel. The facilities are excellent with a well equiped open plan kitchen (not that we ate in very much!)/dining area and living room. An ideal base for exploring Andalucia. Though a little cold for using the pool at this time of year, the area was very pleasant for late breakfasting which had to include freshly squeezed oranges from the many trees in the garden. Mike gave us a warm welcome, showed us the ropes and gave recommendations on where to eat and shop etc. Excellent customer service from the proerty owner before, during and after our holiday. Thanks Brenda. We would certainly return again and recommend to others.

Stayed for 2 weeks in August with 4 kids and wife & had a very enjoyable time, Weather was v.hot so having your own pool to dip in & out of was ideal. Very relaxing holiday but still took in the amenities of Benelmedena & Toremelinos and Tivoli Center for the kids. Comfortable clean accomodation in perfect condition & with all mod. cons.Brenda's firiends Jill & Mike were extremely helpfull re. the accomodation and with advice on where to eat & drink and touristy stuff.
A car is a must for getting about but it's also a benefit when you have a chance to drive and explore the many mountainous authentic spanish villages. Best place to dine for us was Coin c. 10min. drive and best restaurant here was Bohemia restaurant. Ray, from Dublin.

Get away (but not too far away) from it all

A great place to relax and laze around your own private pool. The villa was well equiped and the pictures give a good representation of the facilities.

Well located if you've a car to get onto the main roads to Malaga and upwards to Ronda and much more. The shopping centre (10 mins away by car) was very useful.

The housekeeper (English) and her husband were very helpful and only too happy to help however they could.

One minor point with the web-page- the 2nd bedroom (upstairs) is accessed through the first bedroom and so if you're planning a holiday with other couples, you'd better be on very good terms with them, passing your bed in order to go to the bathroom in the night!

Overall, a very pleasurable stay and we'd have no hesitation in booking again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this villa, it was clean and very well equiped. The pool and pool area are beautiful and well maintained. The owner provided fantastic customer service and the house keeper and pool man were very friendly and helpful. The villa is the perfect place for peace and relaxation whilst still being within a short drive to the coastal resorts. This villa is highly recommended.

A clean and well described villa , the Owner provided good customer service before and during our stay.
A lovely place for peace and relaxion. a good place to see a varity of birds.
Children lived in the poole!!!!!
would go again for a relaxing holiday.
