Spacious 2 bedroom apartment and a large 1 bedroom apartment. Private entrances. Both with Sky FreeSat TV. Situated in the Old Town of Albufeira, in the central location of Rua Alves Correia, 1 min walk main square with its alfresco dining and nightly entertainment, live music and children's entertainers. 2 mins walk beautiful sandy Fisherman's Beach, self-catering, all facilities in property. The 2 bedroom apartment is accessed down a small cobbled street with no passing traffic. Access to the 1 bedroom apartment is from a separate parallel street. Safe and secure for children, shutters on all balcony doors and windows. Restaurants, supermarkets, banks, shops etc nearby. Have the perfect Portuguese holiday without having to walk more than 5 mins in any direction! This location really can't be beaten. Spacious 2 apartment which is laid out over 2 floors, patio area. Sky Freesat TV. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Spacious lounge with double sofa bed and cot. Balcony to rear of property (south facing). Bedroom 1 has a balcony to the rear of the property (south facing - sunny all day), table and 4 chairs, umbrella. Bedroom 2 has a balcony to the front of the property, table and chairs, umbrella. Both have built in cupboards and chest of drawers for storage.

Nearest Beach: beach at 100.0 Metres
Car: not necessary
There are several 'blue flag' beaches along the Algarve coastline, many of which are within easy reach of the apartment. All have several beach sport facilities available during the summer e.g. banana boat, paragliding, sea fishing, coastal cruises, volleyball etc. The 'strip' is only a short taxi ride away with never-ending bars, discos and nightclubs for those who like to party till early morning. For the younger ones Zoo marine, Slide and Splash and karting are all as short drive away. Many golf courses throughout the Algarve. Car hire is not necessary as there are many shuttle services from Faro airport (40k) (I can arrange this). The Albufeira tourist train and Giro bus shuttle pass frequently. Taxi rank is 50m away. From Ferreiras train station (Albufeira, 5min car/taxi) Lisbon is about 2.5 hours. A railway runs right along the Algarve with stops near many of the main towns between Faro and Lagos. Excellent local bus service. Algarve shopping centre 5km away.

Notes: There are about 6 steps to the front of the property, however, with the exception of these steps this property is suitable for less mobile people, but not wheelchairs (there is no ramp). There is no passing traffic to the front as property is situated in an access only cobbled street but the property backs onto Rua Alves Correia (no access to this road from the house). There are security shutters on all 3 balconies and all windows. Private entrance. Use of washing machine.

Enjoyed our stay in your comfy,well situated house.
So close to the lovely sandy beach and the old square.
The new addition of an escalator to the cliff top is very convenient.
