Notes to the rental rates

• 50% deposit to secure booking, balance due 6 weeks before arrival date. Payment in Pounds or Euros.
  Generally arrival after 4pm and departure by noon unless otherwise agreed. Baggage can be stored securely after vacation for no extra charge. Linen and towels changed weekly, apartment cleaned weekly, however feel free to arrange with me to wash towels or your own items in the washing machine.
