House of full foot, surrounded of a flowered garden with many olive-trees. Hiring ideal for 6 PEOPLE. House entirely equipped SITUATION : 30 km from Nice and Cannes - 45 mn from Monaco - 3 Kms from St Paul de Vence - 500 m from the trade and centre of the village.

In Summer, you can visit the French Riviera from Monaco to St Tropez, its old villages and famous city of Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Monte Carlo, Saint Paul de Vence and their arts (Museums of the Fondation Maeght, Picasso, Peynet, Chagal, Galerie Beaubourg). The beach is at only a few minutes by car. There are many artistic and musical events (jazz in Juan the Pins, 'The nights of the South' in Vence).

Lovely property

The villa and garden are kept immaculate by the helpful and friendly owners (who tend to the garden and house once during a fortnight stay). The house is well located, 15 mins from the airport and the coast, and close to the shops and restaurants of Colle sur Loup (5 min walk) or St Paul (5 min drive). Even though it is surrounded by other houses it feels secluded as it is shielded by the mature hedges and trees. Probably the two best things about it for us were the stunning views of St Paul de Vence and the fact that the pool is fenced in which means that as parents of young kids we didn't need to worry about them playing in the garden.
