The home is located on the second floor of a typical house of the area (the first floor is unavailable). The second floor has recently been renovated. Its consists of a kitchen, a hall and two bedrooms, ideal for four people. From the terrace you can see Nice and the sea. In front of the house, you have a garden. There is also a private swimming pool at the bottom of the property which is exclusively reserved for you and one another villa (our home).

This property is situated in Nice ( on a hill directly surrounding the centre of Nice ). It is a lovely town near the sea, on the coast between Cannes and Monte Carlo, about thirty minutes’ drive from Italy. You can explore the coast, but also the mountains ( the beginning of Alps ). The island of Corsica is only two hours and three quarters by boat from Nice. There are many museum in Nice and in Monaco. There are buses to go to the centre of Nice, but a car is recommended.
