The studio is 20 well arranged m2 - equipped for two persons. Kitchen, bathroom, living room w/double queen size bed and balcony. Main shopping street - rue d'Antibes only seconds away, and 5 minutes stroll along La Croisette to Le Palais de Festivals. Conveniently located in a safe area - has key code and surveillance - and are close to every major attraction in Cannes. It's french. As in: Super location, beautiful view, slightly small.
It's not so french. As in: Water where and when you need it, at the exact temperature you've ordered. Fridge and DSL in perfect working condition. Secure building. Triple A cleanliness. Cool owner.
Highly recommended. I mean it.

Wie beschrieben liegt die Wohnung sehr zentral, keine 5 Minuten zum Strand, Shopping, Supermarkt, Kino. Ein Nachteil ist, dass der mit Fenstern verschließbare Balkon zur rue d'Antibes liegt und bei offenem Fenster schon Hupen oder so zu hören ist. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern aber nicht.

Das Appartement ist zwar nicht sehr groß, aber für zwei Personen völlig okay und sehr gut ausgestattet, man kann wirklich kochen, waschen, etc. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist das vorhandene Internet.

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und antwortet schnell auf Mails.

Insgesamt ist dieses Angebot sehr zu empfehlen!
