Arguably the best located property on the entire development. A fabulous 3 bedroom apartment has a very large south facing balcony that overlooks the splendid pool. The property is situated less than 400 metres from Denia's fine sandy beach and only 10 minutes stroll to either the Old Town of Denia or the High Street Shops on the Marques De Campo. The apartment is a fabulous light and airy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxurious apartment near Denia's glorious 'Las Marinas' beach. The accommodation comprises very large combined lounge/dining room including TV & DVD, 3 bedrooms (a double and 2 twins), 2 baths/shower rooms (one en-suite) plus a sofa bed and a fully fitted equipped kitchen. Both the living room, master bedroom and 2nd bedroom open to a very spacious covered south facing sun terrace that overlooks the pool 50 metre long dolphin shaped pool. The complex also boasts landscaped gardens as well as internet access, childrens play area, gymnasium and sauna

Denia offers a fantastic Spanish holiday location. Situated on the edge of the Montgo Mountains and easily reached from either Alicante or Valencia airports. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the 15km long Las Marinas beach and a 10 minute stroll to the Old town of Denia. Denia still operates as a fishing port, but now also has a large modern Marina. Whether you are a sailor, nature lover or simply looking for a great holiday location Denia has it all. The town has an abundance of great restaurants and bars, with every taste catered for. The Marques De Campo offers High Street Shops and wonderful Tapas bars. The street is pedestrian only on an evening, when the restaurants spill out onto the street. From Golf, to Sailing, to Family Attractions, to Nature Walks, to Miles of Beaches, to Good Eating, to Good Shopping, Denia has it all.

Sailing: Denia's port and Marina offers everything a sailor could want including charter, training and moorings. The Marina is a fabulous setting to have a glass of wine and watch the world (and boats) go by.

Family Activities: There are numerous family activities close to Denia, including Terra Mittica Theme park around 45 minutes away. There is also a Safari Park, Water Park, Zoo and many other activities close by.

Golf: Within 30 minutes of the apartment are 3 excellent golf courses, including La Sella which has recently hosted an event in the 2008 woman's European Tour. Further a field there are numerous other golf courses for every ability

Just returned from an amazingly relaxing holiday in Denia. The apartment was so well equiped with everything provided that you could possibly need. I have stayed in private rental properties before but this was easily the best. The owners sent me a very useful fact sheet including excellent directions from Alicante airport, as well as lots of handy info such as locations of supermarkets, restaurants and so on. The pool was lovely but the apartments sun terrace was amazing, the sun was on it from dusk till dawn. I found Denia to be a lovely relaxing place to holiday. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment, and i cannot wait to return. Thank you Nigel and Victoria.
