***Truly a Gulf front family vacation destination with own private heated pool and hot tub and shore right out the back door! ***** This wonderful Crystal Beach 4100 + sq ft vacation home has 6 bedrooms/4 bath, gourmet kitchen, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, sub zero fridge, warming oven, 6 burner cook top with 4 gas and 2 electric, granite counters which all overlooks the family room and Pool and out to the Gulf of Mexico! ***Just outside the back door is a jungle gym for kids with rope swing and slide then is the pool then you reach the shore with private boat dock. We are only 10 miles North of Clearwater Beach in a Gulf front town called Crystal Beach. This vacation home also comes with a 21' 05 Hurricane boat that is available for you to rent to visit the local unspoiled islands for the best shelling around! We also have 2 sea kayaks and a wind surfer for you to use at no extra charge. We book from Sat-Sat, **Also a golf cart that can be rented daily or weekly**

We are only 10 miles North of Clearwater Beach in a Gulf front town called Crystal Beach. This vacation home also comes with a 21' 05 Hurricane boat that is available for you to rent to visit the local unspoiled islands for the best shelling around! This vacation home is located in one of the oldest little towns in Florida and truly what old Florida was like and will easily and comfortably accommodate several families. Watch the million dollar sunsets while relaxing in the Gulf-front heated pool or spa (in the winter and spring of course). Catch trophy Red Fish, Snook, or Speckled Trout from you own dock, where dolphins swim by. We have a karaoke machine, and games, and plenty of outdoor living space.Centrally Located, we are a very unspoiled community with its own little pier, park, Nondenominational Church by the Sea, close to golf courses, more beaches and all the attractions like parasailing, jet skiing, swimming with manatees, etc. ***We are not on a beachy type Beach***

  • We require a $1000 deposit for security. Half of total rental balance is required for reservation, the remaining balance is due 60 days before check-in. Check-in is 4:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 a.m. All applicable taxes apply.
    Full refund up to 60 days before arrival. We accept a one time credit card payment through paypal. All international funds should be wired or sent via US Funds Check.
  • This is a smoke free home and will not be tolerated.
    If evidence of either, guests will automatically forfeit security
    deposit and will have to leave immediately.
    Some small pets MAY be approved at owners discretion, must inquire.
  • We also have a boat that is out back off the shore that is available to use either daily or weekly.
    (21 ft single hulled Hurricane with 115 Yamaha 4 stroke) seats 10.

    ****This vacation home is not on a big beachy beach. It has it's own
    little shore down off the back yard pool
    area but it is not for playing volleyball, running or any large
    activity. It is mainly for the kids to explore and find
    fiddler crabs, star fish, hermit crabs, other sea life in the tidal
    pools. The water is swimable, and is great for for all the sea creatures and
    fishing birds. There are plenty of larger
    beaches within 5 mins of this Gulf front vacation home.

Nearby Attractions: We are located in between Clearwater beach and Tarpon Springs, an area of Multi million dollar homes, very Centrally Located, we are a very unspoiled community with its own little pier, park, Nondenominational Church by the Sea, close to golf courses, more beaches and all the attractions like para sailing, jet skiing, swimming with manatees, etc. There are plenty of gourmet and family dining and FUN restaurants and lots and lots of shopping!! Fun places for night life in famous Ybor City. You can paddle out to Honeymoon Island or local spoil islands with their gorgeous beach and also three Rooker Bar and along the way you’ll see dolphins swim by!! Also Caladesi Island, and Clearwater Beach, are within bike riding distance, which are two of the Nation’s top five beaches. Walking distance to the Pinellas Trail - or you can use our bikes! Not to mention Disney, Bush Gardens, Sea World, Universal and MGM Studios within 1 hour 50 minutes.

*****There is a daily maid service available for an hourly rate *****Also a personal chef available upon request. Just need to give advance notice ***If guests have a longer stay than 1 week, then an additional cleaning fee of $150 per week will be assessed ****If requested, the home can be stocked with food items of your choice before arrival for a fee. Must inquire 2 weeks before arrival. ****We also have a personal Masseuse available to come to the vacation home to give massages either out by the pool or your choice of location in the home.

A Family Treat

My family (10 Adults and 3 Children) stayed in this property for two weeks in April. Our ages ranged from 18months to 67 years and everyone had a wonderful time.
The sunsets watched from the boat dock were spectacular as were the Ospreys, Pelicans, and Blue Heron. Having coffee on the boat dock in the mornings we could watch for dolphins as well as seeing all the fish.
Everyone enjoyed the heated pool and the youngsters had great fun on the climbing frame and in the sandpit.
The house was well equipped and the owner was very quick to respond to any queries we had concerning the property.
I would just like to say that one of the bedrooms with two double beds is on the first floor and the staircase (cross between a wooden staircase and a ladder) is steep and not suitable for the young or elderly.
There is lots to do in the area with Clearwater Beach, Busch Gardens, and many other attractions within easy reach. Shopping Malls and Food Supermarkets within in a 5 - 10 minute drive. Orlando is just over an hour away but can take longer with all the traffic hold ups in Orlando around the Theme Parks.
It was a special holiday and all our memories are of a fantastic time.
