The complete property is tastefully designed in specific colour themes linked with an Asian ambiance and fabulous paintings adorning the walls. The high quality of furniture is evident throughout with leather sofa seating in the lounge and every issue of comfort for guests has been carefully thought through. There are 2 x double bedrooms (1 with 4 poster bed) and 1 twin room, all fully en-suite with quality fittings. 2 bedrooms open out onto the pool terrace which is separated by a grassed area. This townhouse has every ingredient for a fantastic family holiday. Free golf is offered for 2 named guests at the Vale de Milho course.

This beautiful townhouse is adjacent to the Val de Milho golf course in Carvoeiro, which is a beautiful ex fishing village that has still retained much of it's charm throughout the years. Approximately a 20 minute walk into the town with many restaurants and bars en-route, other attractions such as Zoomarine and Aqualand splash parks are only 20 mins drive away. Slide & Splash is even closer with an 8 minute drive. Scenic destinations such as Silves and the beautiful mountainous area of Monchique are also easily accessible within 30 mins by car. Guests of the townhouse are very welcome to use the restaurant, bar and cafe facilities in the beautifully designed neighbouring Vale de Milho golf course, as membership is not required.

Notes: The townhouse has a no smoking policy, however it is permitted on the balcony and terraces. The property will sleep 7 comfortably with 8 including a baby. A very comfortable fold up bed can be supplied in Bedroom 1 for the 7th, and a cot and high chair is provided free of charge for a baby if required. Air conditioning is included within the price. For entertainment, the lounge has a Samsung Plasma TV and SKY satellite conntectivity with 'Freesat' channels, and a DVD. The property is fitted with mosquito screens throughout so that you can feel the breeze whilst patio doors are open and air conditioning is off. Many of the patio doors and window areas are fitted with easy one-push electronic shutters. The kitchen is fitted with every conceivable item the owners could think of to ensure a comfortable home from home stay. There are 4 excellent quality sunbeds for the roof terrace and pool area supplied for guests. Only 10 townhouses share the whole pool area.

Beautiful villa in a great area

We had a lovely 10 days at this villa which was beautifully decorated and styled. A real home from home with sunshine ! We have stayed in the area before and knew the surroundings so it made a perfect base. It was a little quiet for my children aged 6 and 8 as there were no other families with children there. I have the feeling that the complex is mainly used by retired golfing couples. However as there are fabulous beaches and plenty of water parks, they were by no means bored. I would put this villa in the same catagory as a James Villa Holiday with a more homely feel rather than just a rental property. The only negative thing I can say is that it was a pity there wasn't a barbeque.. I would definitely recommend it and have already done so. I would suggest that a car is a necessity.

Autumn Holiday in Carvoeiro

This was our first visit to Portugal. We found our way to the villa, following signs for Vale de Milho golf.
The villa is in a very good position overlooking the golfcourse and with distant views of the sea. The villa is beautiful and very well appointed. We were even able to keep up with our favourite BBC programmes. The weather was wonderful, with beautiful blue skies and warm sunshine. The nearest beach, only a short distance away, is sandy and clean, with a nice little cafe.The water was warm enough for swimming. A supermarket, selling fresh bread and newspapers etc only a short walk away. The area is hilly, so not suitable for people with walking difficulties. A car is necessary to get around the district. We had a wonderful time and will certainly be back. The Portuguese people were very friendly and English is spoken in most of the shops.
