La Deymarie has a 12 x 6 m pool, private parking, its own orchard, swings and sand box, mini billiards, mini football, table tennis, indoor games, garden seating and table and parasol. Also a barbecue. Very secluded, south facing and not overlooked. Near the municipal tennis courts and the equestrian centre. It is situated in the midst of Perigord Noir, 30 km from Sarlat a medieval jewel, and the Dordogne valley another lew kilometres will bring you to a place unique in france, from each river bank, two majestic medevial chateaux Beynac and Castelnaud and the beautiful village Domme Roque Gageac Beynac, 15 km from Eyzies and the Vezere valley in heritage country Lascaux a majestic caves, 30 km from Périgueux Roman town and the fortification.

  • There are 10 bedrooms, 5 in the main house and a mezzanine with 3 children's beds.the mattress and base are big comfort .a large kitchen 30 m2 a dining room comfortably 15 persons around a large farmhouse table .the kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with electric oven ,gas hob,large American fridge-freezer ,microwave,mixer,toaster, ect... all the necessities for even the keenest of cooks. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one for adults and one for children and a living room with a double bed. The pavilion has 2 children's beds and a living room with a double bed. The beds are very comfortable. The traditional furnishings and beautiful décor of the bedrooms create a unique charm.

The farm is well equipped to cater for 12 to 24 persons.the domaine deymarie is a carefully restored typical farmhouse just half a mile from Rouffignac , a small town with all the usual shops. the house is located in peaceful surroundings with more than 7 acres of orchards,lawns,fields and woodland,part of 25-acre property. the group of 3 buildings are set in a 'U'shape with a central lawn countryard ,leading a little further to the spacious garden ,children's play area with sand pit ,swings and the large private pool ,(fully fenced) measuring 12x6 and 1m to 2,30 m in depth ,with a gentle salt water chlorisation system . a games room has also been createdfor guest enjoyment in one of the outbuildings ans features billiards,table tennis, piano and other games.
