Platja d'Aro at the Costa Brava is an ideal place to spend your holidays on the beach. The 'Beach of Aro' is one of the longest of the whole Costa Brava (Girona), the 'Wild Coast'. The Ocean building is one of the most outstanding constructions in Platja d'Aro mainly due to its architectonic beauty. It is composed by 20 apartments of different dimensions, set up as ground, first and second floors. The apartment is designed for 2 to 6 persons and furnished in the ancient Castilian or catalan styles. There is a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a spacious terrace to make you feel at home on your holiday. The apartment is equipped with towels, bed linen, table linen and kitchen towels with their relevant regular changes. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary items, such as crockery, cutlery, kitchen implements, gas cooker and fridge. The distance to the beach is only a few metres. Besides, the apartment has a safe and heating system allowing long stays even in winter.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Price per person per day according to corresponding apartment of Euros:
    With a 10% surcharge for stays shorter than this period. After the reservation date has been arranged, an advance payment of Euros 50,00 per person should be sent. The corresponding rental contract will then be forwarded immediately. The balance shall be paid upon delivery of the apartment.
    In the case of cancellation by writing, 50% of the advance will be refunded, if such cancellation is made within a minimum period of two months before occupation. If a reserved apartment is not occupied during the first day (without previous notice) all rights concerning the reservation will be lost. In the case of an advance departure no refund will be given.
    On the day of departure the apartment should be vacated by 10 am. New tenants will have the right of occupation from 5 pm. The delivery of keys will be made no later than 8 pm.

Costa Brava: Our apartment is located in a privileged area on the Costa Brava (Platja d'aro). The wonderful climate invites you to take long quiet walks on the beach to enjoy the spring and autumn, as well as bicycle tours in the beautiful surrounding areas. Is there a better way to get to know our land and its people? A pleasant bicycle track has been built on the old railway track to Olot, passing through Girona. This route passes through small towns, in some of which the old railway station still stands, gullies and bridges that make you dizzy. The route is well indicated and is an easy and pleasant ride. Besides other sports, there are several golf courses close to Platja d'Aro (Costa Brava) where you can play your favourite sport under a warm sun, taking advantage of the discounts we have arranged for our guests. There are a range of water sports for sea lovers: boat, canoe and catamaran rental, yacht clubs, cruises along the Costa Brava coast (Girona), water skiing, jet ski, kayaks.

Wir waren im August 2 Wochen im Appartmenthaus Ocean und es war wunderbar! Die Terrasse ein Traum und auch sonst war die Wohnung sehr schön eingerichtet in hellen und freundlichen Farben, das findet man in Katalonien nicht oft! Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Nur schade das es von jedem Teller nur 4 gab. Da ist das Geschirr schnell aufgebraucht, wenn man auch mal schön kochen möchte. Sonst ist alles da was man braucht. Es gibt einen TV mit allen deutschen Sendern.Die Lage ist perfekt mitten in der Stadt in einer Seitenstrasse zum Strand sind es 5 min zu Fuß. Eine tolle Anlage, sehr sehr sauber, nur zu empfehlen.
