Photos and Description of this Nice holiday apartment A perfect location for shopping, restaurants and the Old Town.

This lovely apartment is bright and light and in a great location overlooking the pedestrian zone of Place Massena right in the heart of central Nice. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (there is a lift from 1st - 2nd floors) with large double height window overlooking Place Massena. On entry you have a bright living room with sofa and armchair full size TV and DVD (a selection of DVD films) cable TV (including English news channel CNN and BBC world) and free internet access (via Ethernet cable). There is a fully equipped American Kitchen. Upstairs in the mezzanine area there is a King size double bed. There is a shower room. The apartment is very bright due to double length (double glazed) window. This is an ideal base for a couple or single person perfect central location for all shops, restaurants and old town.

    There is an additional charge of 80 euro to cover the end-of-stay cleaning and the supply of high quality fresh white ironed cotton linens and towels (a bath and hand towel per person) all beds are made prior to your arrival.

    A mid-stay linen change or clean can be arranged on request.
