This lovely 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom self catering apartment is in the ideal place for you to experience Cape Town at its best. It's a chic and historic part of the city where some of the properties date back centuries and have been sensitively restored so that none of the magic is lost. The apartment itself has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a spacious lounge and kitchen area and a patio from where there's a stunning view if the iconic Table Mountain. And when it gets too hot you can cool down in the pool At night the area is a magnet for Cape Town's trendy set. They spill onto the pavement at Cubana's (attracting the young and hip) and Manhattan's (a popular bar within walking distance with live entertainment twice a week). For the night owls the Bronx Club (Gay) on Somerset Road (again walking distance) stays open till dawn. During the day there's an endless list of things to do: Table Mountain, Robben Island and winelands of Franschhoek or spend a day at the beach.

Notes to the rental rates

• All rentals must be for a minimum period of 4 nights paid in advance via bank transfer or PayPal.
  For all bookings full payment to be made at time of booking and an apartment security deposit which is refundable of £300 will be required.
  Sorry - No credit cards are accepted except through the PayPal system.
  
• Maximum occupancy is 4 people at any time.
  Check - In is normally 3PM and Check - Out is 11AM.
  Half day rates available on request.The owners take no responsibility for any financial or personal loss or injury as a result of staying. It's always a great idea to have personal travel insurance.
  Should you need to cancel then you must write and get confirmation from the owner or agent handling this booking.
  Cancellations;
  More than 30 days: full refund less £100 administration cost
  Between 15 and 30 days: 75% refund or £100 whichever is the greater.
  Between 0 and 15 days: No refund except the security deposit of £300

How to get there?

Cape Town has a great international airport and most of the world's big airlines fly there. For direct flights from the UK, British Airways, South African Airways and Virgin Atlantic have up to two flights a day. Most of the national European carriers also fly direct eg KLM and Lufthansa and there are flights from the US with Delta and South African Airways. Low cost routes via the Middle East may also be an option. If you can't get a direct flight then you could fly to Johannesburg and connect with a no frills carrier like Kulula.com or mango.com to Cape Town. The apartment is 30 minutes in a taxi from the airport. Or you can quite easily pick up a rental car at the airport and drive into town. The roads are great and it's a right-hand drive country like the UK.

Can Airport Transfers be arranged?

Yes. Please give me your flight details and arrangements for transfers from the airport for a nominal fee will be arranged.

How do I get Keys?

My Agent will meet you at the apartment on your date of arrival and will also meet you on your departure date. Please let me know when you are intending to arrive.
