Photos and Description of this Nice holiday apartment Perfect for single person or couple to experience old town living.

A really nice 3rd floor 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of the old town of Nice. The apartment is on the 3rd floor - on entry you have a hallway that to your left is the large and spacious living room - with American kitchen which is fully equipped with oven and hob, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The living room is very light and sunny - and has 2 sofas (1 a sofa/bed) large screen TV and DVD player. There is also a dining table and 4 chairs. The bedroom is at the rear of the apartment and very quiet - with a king size double bed and storage cupboards. The open plan bathroom is attached to the bedroom and has a full bath - and storage area with washing machine. There is an independent toilet. This is a really comfy very well furnished spacious 1 bedroom apartment - right in heart of old town - perfect place for a person or couple to have as base and experience old town living - as a small note due to the nature of stairs (fairly steep) not suitable for people unsteady on feet.

    There is an additional charge of 100 euro to cover the end-of-stay cleaning and the supply of high quality fresh white ironed cotton linens and towels (a bath and hand towel per person) all beds are made prior to your arrival.
