A very unique 3 bedroom 'loft' apartment in old town of Nice. This is apartment is in a super location on the Rue de la Prefecture and overlooks the building of Le Palais de Justice right in the heart of all the restaurants and bars. The apartment is on 2nd floor (no lift) on opening the front door you are greeted by the feeling of true loft living as a corner apartment you have 3 double height windows that add stunning light to the room. The main living area is open planned with 2 large modern sofas and 2 separate chairs. There is a dining area with table for 6 persons. The American kitchen is fully equipped (with oven, hob, super American fridge/ freezer washing machine and dryer). The apartment has top of the range Bose stereo system and projector (to watch DVD's against the wall) Upstairs on the mezzanine area are 3 bedrooms - 2 bedrooms have 1 double bed in each and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. Upstairs also there is the shower-room with double shower cubicle and toilet.

    There is an additional charge of 160 euro to cover the end-of-stay cleaning and the supply of high quality fresh white ironed cotton linens and towels (a bath and hand towel per person) all beds are made prior to your arrival.

    It is also our pleasure to supply you a complimentary welcome basket on your arrival (including a bottle of local rose wine, orange juice, water, coffee, tea, toilet paper and soap)

    A mid-stay linen change or clean can be arranged on request.
