This stunning 3rd floor transversant 1 bedroom apartment has been completely refurbished throughout to a highly luxurious standard. Centrally located in the residential area of Nice in the ‘Musicians Quarter’ it is in a very good location, close to all the main attractions as well as offering a French ambiance of Belle Époque living. On entering the apartment (on 4rd floor with lift) you arrive in the hallway (with stunning chandelier) and to your left you have the living-room and kitchen. The living-room is beautifully furnished and decorated and has a sunny balcony which overlooks the quiet rear gardens. There is large flat screen TV and free-of-charge high speed internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine/dishwasher/oven, microwave and all appliances. The bathroom has a large corner bath (with shower attachment) and off the hallway there is a separate toilet closet. The spacious bedroom has again been beautifully furnished and has access to the front balcony.

    There is an additional charge of 100 euro to cover the end-of-stay cleaning and the supply of high quality fresh white ironed cotton linens and towels (a bath and hand towel per person) all beds are made prior to your arrival.

    It is also our pleasure to supply you a complimentary welcome basket on your arrival (including a bottle of local rose wine, orange juice, water, coffee, tea, toilet paper and soap)

    A mid-stay linen change or clean can be arranged on request.

Wonderful place to stay

This apartment has to be one of the best we have ever stayed in, both in Nice and in our many holidays elsewhere. It was in an ideal position within easy walking distance of all the attractions of Nice and a choice of two bakeries right on the doorstep for your breakfast croissant.
