The Villa is located in Silver Creek, which is one of the very few developments of rental villas that you can drive past without realising it as it is hidden away from the traffic of highway 27. Silver Creek is surrounded by natural woodland with ponds and small lakes and is an ideal haven for the birds and wildlife that freely roam. The accommodation is all on one level and open plan in design. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en suite. The lounge area is nicely furnished and has a TV, CD and DVD player. The garage has been converted to a games room with a pool table and dart board..The dining area has a table and 6 chairs and the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The washer and dryer can be found just inside the garage. To the back of the villa is the screened pool area which is partially fenced off and has a jacuzzi.
