Traditional 6 Bedroom Villa with spectacular views and swimming pool.

VALENCIA. The villa is located about one miles from the small town of Catadau. Over looking Orange Lemon and Olive trees . The roads have good street lighting, mains water and electricity. You would never know it but the villa is only 10 minutes drive from the main coastal motorway, which gives you quick access to Valencia City, the Golf Courses and the Beaches of the Costa Blanca. Valencia Airport is an easy 30 minutes drive away. However, if you prefer Alicante, then just an hour and a half’s drive is all you need. The villa is ideal for people who want to be located in a real Spanish rural area. To be far enough away to avoid the rush and be able to relax, but near enough to enjoy all of Valencia's attractions.

In Catadau you will find local shops, bars, restaurants as well as 2 large supermarket, post office and medical centre. There is a weekly market. The area is rich with excellent golf courses which include El Saler (voted the 2nd best course in Europe by Golf World), Campo de Bosque, Manises Golf Club and Escorpion at Betera. The Famous Bunol tomato trowing festival is only 35 mins away as is the motorbike racing circuit at Cheste. If it shipping we are only 30 mins away from the largest shopping in Spain - Bonnaire. Valencia Airport is about half an hour away and Car hire is essential. Several budget airlines now fly to Valencia offering incredibly low fares. Easyjet, Thomsonfly, Jet2 and Ryan Air are among these.

If you wish to rent the villa 25% of the rent is payable upon booking to secure the villa. The balance will need to be paid 10 weeks prior to departure. There is a refundable deposit of £300 to cover breakages etc. this is paid at the time of the final payment. linen are included and changed weekly. The property is cleaned before and after the rental. Further cleaning available at an extra charge during most weeks of the year. Change Overs are normally on a Saturday. However we can accept other days upon request. Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds based on 12 people sharing. Discounts are available for longer lets -contact owner for details.
